Excellent place to stay for leaving from Venice airport. Easy walk to the airport. We had to return a rental car at the airport, and it took us about 12 minutes to walk to the hotel from there. Staff was great and booked us on a van/taxi for our very early morning flight ($20 total for the two of us that you pay directly to the driver) since they didn't recommend walking early in the morning (there is a small section of road that has no sidewalk). The room was super clean, and the bed was excellent. There are numerous places to eat nearby, and the hotel features a bar (serving a variety of good food and coffee) that transitions into a full restaurant at 7:00 PM. Great stay - it was pricey but worth it for the two of us who had been traveling for nearly a month.

The hotel doesn't look too bad from the road but once inside it is lovely, staff are welcoming and helpful. We had breakfast included in our room rate and it is one of the best breakfasts I have had for a long time. The home made cakes were delicious. Our room was on the third floor, good size, clean and spacious and although at the front of the hotel no road noise. We did have an evening meal in the hotel restaurant which was good, please note it is not open on Sundays. On the Sunday we were there we walked a short way up the road to a restaurant called Al Quadrante. The hotel is about 1/2 km from the airport but the taxi will cost 20 euros. You can walk it but the road is busy during the week. To get into Venice catch the No 5 Airport bus opposite the hotel. You can use a credit card to pay for the journey but make sure you tap it in when you get on the bus but more importantly tap it again on the way off the bus or you will be charged 10 euros and not 1.50 euros. it will take about 20 minutes Overall a great stay at this hotel and would use it again

Nice, clean, modern business type hotel with stylish and practical rooms. The service was truly outstanding with helpful, professional and patient staff. Despite being during a busy check-in time, the staff graciously helped us to weight our bags several times as we balanced out our load. They also made arrangements for an early morning (4:00 AM) shuttle to the airport. The on-site casual restaurant was perfect for a relaxing meal the evening before an early flight.

Can't think of any improvements for the type of hotel that this is. It's not a luxury resort hotel but delivered on everything that one would want in an airport hotel.

On the doorstep of Marco Polo airport, but perfectly sound insulated. Bus stops into Venice and the airport right in front of the hotel. Taxi rides into Venice are also available - cost circa 30 euros depending on traffic. Good café in the immediate vicinity and a restaurant on site. Staff are professional and extremely polite and efficient. Makes sense booking here rather than in the city centre if your flight is early in the morning, but you want to enjoy Venice at night, or if you are looking for something more affordable without compromising on quality. Taxi services into the airport are available to book at the hotel. Around 20 euros day time tariff.

Great location for travellers who have to catch very early morning flight because the Venice Marco Polo airport is only minutes away. Whereas staying in Venice to catch wee hour morning flight will cost you an arm and a leg! Public boat which only cost 9.50Euro doesn't run till 7.45am and to catch the private bost - taxi will cost 70Euro. Also the queue to catch the public boat is unpredictable!

Nothing to explore around the neighbourhood. No good restaurants either.

The beautiful redone lobby was very welcome surprise with added work stations. The ALWAYS marvelous restaurant & staff with fresh fast and extremely tasty food fro Spaghetti alle Vongole to pancooked seasonal.vegetables. Love the navette service & their polite helpful drivers. Only 6mins proximity to Marco Polo airport! The Staff!! Lovely efficient and very welcoming front staff- all of them! Really! Love the little book exchange by the vending machine. A few more luggage carts would be good. My only complaint might not be the fault of the hotel in Italy but of the USA headquarters: one night queen bed hotel room price DOUBLED between the time I chose my room & clicked reserve on Booking.com. same thing when I called the hotel directly. I understaood they were 'allowed' orvitcwas policy to RAISE prices when the occupancy was high!! & yet somehow despite saying they were fully booked there were the same number of rooms available via Booking.Com. But now they cost more. YES, I was flying out on the huge US holiday of July 4th. BUT NO EXCUSE as my stay was the night of July 3rd & rather awful. That the American/USA parent company of the hotel would gouge this way in ITALY on a US Holiday that was otherwise not observed or on the italian radar!!

Helpful staff. Good restaurant and bar with reasonable prices. Bus into Venice is directly across the road.

An airport shuttle would be great but I understand this is maybe not possible due to a Venice Airport Tax. Therefore it’s a flat €20 fee for a 2 minute taxi ride. So don’t expect a shuttle and you will have to get a taxi.

Proximity to the airport. Short, but pricey, taxi ride to airport after long flight. Bus or walk to hotel also options. Breakfast/restaurant were good. The No. 5 bus stop with direct service to Venice convenient and easy to use. Great for short stay for those traveling into Venice or locations elsewhere, including Dolomites, Slovenia and Croatia.

Surprised there was no in-room literature about hotel amenities. Initially, we didn't know hotel had a restaurant/bar, which turned out to be excellent and convenient.

First of all, we came early to the hotel asking if we could drop off our luggage. The gentleman who received us checked his computer and said that he had a room ready for us... at about 9:30 am! What a delight. We were able to relax for a few hours before we went by bus to Venice. He addressed all our questions and made suggestions as to proceed. In addition, the room was comfortable, clean, and well-designed. A "real" breakfast was available to us before we left for our early flight.

Can't think of anything that we didn't like.

Breakfast was very good, there was plenty of choice and lovely fresh pastries and homemade cakes. Even though the hotel lies alongside a busy road we heard no traffic noise and enjoyed a good night’s sleep.

We arrived on a Sunday and there was no food available except for a vending machine with dry, stale sandwich rolls which was disappointing as we’d been travelling all day.
