I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make me feel at home. The service throughout my stay was friendly and attentive, making the experience all the more enjoyable. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection and fresh options to start the day right. Highly recommended for anyone looking for warm hospitality and great service!

everything went well, the hosts Alla and her husband made sure that we are comfortable. The rooms were very clean and big, perfect for family. Very close to the Venice Airport and bus stop is within walking distance.

nothing much to complain, only short note; we received a room where we had to climb up stairs, it was difficult for my mother who had knee problem. Otherwise everything was fine

Alla and Fabrizio were 11/10 hosts. They were so kind and helpful and their restaurant recommendation was excellent. We also loved their cat!

So close to the airport.

We liked that this place was near the airport as we had a 6am flight the next morning. The hosts were very helpful. The accommodations were very, very clean and tidy.

Attentive staff and a very clean facility. Quiet location. We stayed here the last night of our trip to Italy just for a place to stay before flying out in the morning.

Staff very friendly and helpful. They helped us order dinner and gave us extra biscuits in the morning to take on our plane. The room was large and fit our group comfortably.

The mattresses were not very comfortable but everything else was terrific!

A family-run business - The breakfast was excellent and plentiful; the location is quiet, about 20 minutes to Venice Piazzale Roma car parks and less than 10 minutes to the Venice airport.

We loved the hosts! The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was very quiet though with not much around. However, it served the purpose of being closed to the airport. Again, the hosts were wonderful! Such sweet people!

Nothing. It’s a bit out of way of the grand canal but it’s easy enough to catch a bus to get there.

Fabrizzio and Alla were wonderful! we only stayed one day before our flight and they made sure we reach and enjoy Venice for the hours we had to spare. Room is basic but very clean.

A small note - the bed covers can be a slight problem for people allergic to dust.
