We had a wonderful stay! The rooms are very family-friendly and perfectly suited for those traveling with kids. Everything was clean, comfortable, and truly money well spent. Having a car is the best option to explore nearby places, and it made our trip much easier. Parking was free and very secure. The location is great — grocery stores are just 6–10 minutes away by car, so you can get everything you need conveniently. Jesolo Beach is about a 45-minute drive, and Venice City is only 25 minutes away, making it an excellent base for exploring both. Verona City is about 90 minutes drive, Overall, we really enjoyed our trip and will definitely consider staying here again. If you’re looking for a family-friendly atmosphere with good value for money, this is a perfect choice.

simple room but everything is very clean and super nice and cozy. hosts were extremely caring and attentive, they waited up for us when we got late from the airport, and in general were so so nice. also very close to the airport, we were there only for one night, but highly recommended!

The hosts are so kind and organized. They communicate well and arranged to pick us up from Venice Mestre when we arrived and to bring us to the airport when we departed. This was very helpful! And the breakfast was wonderful!

everything went well, the hosts Alla and her husband made sure that we are comfortable. The rooms were very clean and big, perfect for family. Very close to the Venice Airport and bus stop is within walking distance.

nothing much to complain, only short note; we received a room where we had to climb up stairs, it was difficult for my mother who had knee problem. Otherwise everything was fine

Alla and Fabrizio were 11/10 hosts. They were so kind and helpful and their restaurant recommendation was excellent. We also loved their cat!

We liked that this place was near the airport as we had a 6am flight the next morning. The hosts were very helpful. The accommodations were very, very clean and tidy.

Attentive staff and a very clean facility. Quiet location. We stayed here the last night of our trip to Italy just for a place to stay before flying out in the morning.

Staff very friendly and helpful. They helped us order dinner and gave us extra biscuits in the morning to take on our plane. The room was large and fit our group comfortably.

The mattresses were not very comfortable but everything else was terrific!
