We were fitted in really fast as we had our flight cancelled, the staff were super friendly and very accommodating. We would 100% recommend this hotel.

We were very satisfied with all areas of the hotel, we do not have anything bad to say ab out it.

I can say that it was convenient location . Next to this hotel there is bus station and tram station that takes you directly to Venice. Cross the street there is ticket office In cafe Central bar there are best croissants that i ever tried and very good prices for coffee. We ordered shuttle bus to airport without problem with this hotel. In hotel there is elevator. Pleasant and helpful staff

To use air-conditioner was not very convenient for us because it blow directly to beds and no other way to make it blow other direction. So we slept with opened window. ))) Mosquitos were there too))))

Cheap price for a comfortable stay. Place has cheap transport to airport and Venice. There are places to eat and shop nearby.

The place is very good!super clean, and the stuff is very friendly and helpful.I was the check-in would be a bit earlier tho.The location is the best many bus and trim options to take.would recommend it highly!

There's nothing to complain about, to be honest. I just wish the check-in would be before 3 pm and the AC abit more stronger but that's my personal preference. Highly recommend it and would be back.

The room was small but very clean and had everything you need for a stay. The staff was nice and there is free parking provided. It is 10min drive out of venice, 25min drive to outlet and aprox 40min away from caribe bay. Great location amazing way to visit venice or other attractions close by.

We liked that our room had a balcony, was clean, and was right above a nice little restaurant. The hotel employees were excellent and helpful, and friendly.

A fridge in the room would be nice. There was a downstairs fridge that they allowed us to use, though.

People working there were kind. Room was cleaned well and beds were comfortable. Hotel is really close to tram stop to Venice.

Pillows were uncomfortable for us, but that is really up to personal preference. Some pieces of furniture had seen better days, but overall everything was functional.

Very helpful staff (helped find a taxi and negotiate price). Handy hotel for the night before taking a flight. Pizzeria/doner and cafe right beside which is pretty tasty. Apparently there is a public bus to airport which is quick and easy.

Clean and comfortable

We had difficulty understanding how to use public transportation to return to the airport. The concierge gave us wrong info about the busses and did not explain or know how to obtain tickets to use public transport. As a result we ended with the expense of a taxi and were late getting our car and checking out. Now they are writing me to request payment when I booked through Booking.

Comfortable hotel, right near the tram stop that takes you right into Venice so the location is excellent. Friendly staff who tries to make everything great for your stay.
