Great location for needing to get to the airport. Very peaceful. The kids loved the pool. The shuttle to the local restaurant was great. Breakfast was also wonderful!

The shuttle to the airport was not well communicated: we were quoted one price and then another once we had made our reservation, and the shuttle isn’t door to door (you still have to walk across a parking lot to the front door of the airport). None of this is a huge deal but they should drop the price for what you get and communicate expectations clearly. Also, we had a room with a window outside reception & the staff smoked and talked outside it late into the night.

About bus shuttle... I booked bus shuttle to the airport for my flight. The receptionist told me that I should leave at 6.20am but on the morning the other receptionist told me that my transport is at 6.30am. He was not very polite. For me was a very stressful to worry that I could missed the flight.

close to the airport, and they provided drop off and pick up service at tge airport with additional charge. Big room and bathroom. They provided early breakfast for us around 3.30AM as we have to catch an early morning flight.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Proximity to the airport was excellent and was a main reason in selecting this hotel.

The shower could use an updating/cleaning. There was a bit of black in the grout giving it a not so clean appearance.

We stayed in the new wing. The room was warm and cosy; however, the lighting was very poor, and they could add an extra chair or small couch for someone to sit on. The shower was big, and the bed was comfortable. Very good amenities: soap, lotion, towels, and a coffee/tea station There was one lady, I want to say Marianna (it started with an M; I will do better to remember names). She was very friendly and gave good advice. Hotel is very close to the airport, less than 10 min. However, to Piazzale Roma via bus less than 30 min

The day staff were really friendly; however, the male night staff member was the most uncourteous and rude person. He left us in the cold at 3 am to wait for our shuttle which was also late. The check-out and shuttle service to the airport could be improved. After seeing other people being dropped off at the airport, we realised the shuttle did not drop us off at the drop-off point.

We have stayed in this hotel previously and it is in a great location just by the airport. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were put in the recently renovated section of the hotel which was very nice and clean. There is no restaurant but the hotel provide a free shuttle to a lovely restaurant just a few minutes down the road.

The only negatives were that we wanted to have some wine at the hotel as we had previously done before, but they no longer offer this option. We did buy some wine from the restaurant and ask if it was okay to have it in the reception area of the hotel by the fire which they permitted. It seems a shame for the hotel as it is a very cosy and nice place to sit for a quiet drink. The other small issue was that the newly renovated room was on the ground floor and only had blinds and no net curtains. We had to keep the blinds closed for privacy as people walk past the windows and the room was very dark.

Delightful property - arrived to a warm and cosy reception with log fire, Christmas decor and lively warm staff - very friendly. Beautiful room - wish we could have stayed longer.

Paid 15 Euro for early airport transfer. The man on morning reception barely grunted at us - such a contrast from the pleasant welcome. Had to ask where to find the complementary breakfast - he just pointed - no help and in the dark! Shuttle driver dropped us in the car park outside airport - not quite sure why - still a fair walk with cases. Other taxis and drivers were dropping passengers at door

It was convenient to the airport. The shuttle both ways was $15 person each way but it was definitely convenient.
