There is so much to like. Our room was ready early. The front desk staff was excellent. He arranged a van to take us into Venice when we were ready. The location is extremely convenient for airport travel. The breakfast was amazing with excellent choices, including freshly squeezed orange juice. The room was clean, dark and cool, everything we need to rest after a long day of travel.

The shower needed instructions. Haha, just a little gripe, but I am not a fan of getting sprayed with cold water first thing in the morning.

The food at the restaurant was great and the location for getting to the airport for an early flight was perfect.

The airport shuttle was not as convenient as we hoped. It was a long walk to the shuttle pick up. We also had to wait 20 minutes for the shuttle when the hotel is less than 5 minutes away. I called as soon as we got to the pick up spot and the receptionist said it would be 5-10 minutes and it was 20 -- which may not seem like a lot but it when you are tired from traveling and not expecting to have to wait. Also -- the 5 euro price per person seemed ridiculous (there were 3 of us) when it was a 5 minute ride. We opted to take a taxi in the morning and that was even more expensive.

I have never stayed in one of the suites before, although I have stayed in the hotel a few times before. Really lovely room and very comfortable. I also decided to walk from the airport for the first time and it was very convenient. Staff are always very helpful and friendly and a superb choice / variety at breakfast

No complaints as such, just a couple of comments - the air-con was working initially, then there was a power cut, all the lights came back on but not the air con. Wasn't a problem, so I did not tell front desk. The control panel next to the bed is great, but there were no labels on the buttons, so I just had to press them all to find out what each of them did!

Perfect location close to the airport. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The restaurant on the property was very good! We had dinner and breakfast the next morning. Surprisingly the aircraft noise was minimal. The grounds of the property are beautiful and well kept! And the staff extremely accommodating. Shout out to Lorenzo! He helped get our water taxi booked to Venice and tried to find me a charger for my phone that I forgot to pack. Also their airport shuttle for 5 euros is super handy! They also dropped us at the water taxi too.

Hotel was conveniently located near the Venice airport but the website was misleading about walking to it. It is not convenient to walk to this hotel while pulling luggage or carrying heavy bags. It requires walking on a relatively busy street and not all areas are pedestrian friendly. Also required some walking through parking lots at the airport. Pay the five euros for their shuttle!

In the past, I've stayed at a hotel near the Mestre train station, but it can be stressful trying to get to the airport. I felt very secure knowing I could practically see Marco Polo from the grounds of the hotel! Your shuttle drivers are very friendly.

This fully met my expectations. At first I was a bit unhappy that there was not food on the premises, but the chance to take the shuttle to a local restaurant was actually easy and the food was great. (And, BTW, breakfast was very good -- onsite.) And, a bonus was the opportunity to sit in your little bar and have a Spritz and check my emails.

Impeccably clean! Very comfortable beds with nice, ironed linens. Modern design and like new; and nice space in room for 2 people. Staff very responsive via email and whatsapp with help on where to catch shuttle; recommendations on reasonably priced, good meals; etc. You cannot walk from airport because it would require walking along highway; shuttle was reasonably priced and arrived within 10 minutes; with a less than 10 minute ride from airport to hotel. This will be my Venice airport hotel from now on.

Lovely place, far more comfy and charming that one would expect. The sitting area and fireplace off the lobby is surprisingly cosy. Adored my room at the back in an annex. Felt really at home. Incredibly quiet. Hotel picks you up and buses you to hotel or airport for something like 5 euro. A great service.

The restaurant is closed on Sunday but the hotel buses you to a local restaurant. It's not great (avoid fish on Sunday) but it's great to have this option as a lot of restaurants are closed and not many hotels around have restaurants.

We checked in around 6:30pm because we had a 6:25am flight the following morning. The staff was friendly but the restaurant was excellent! We were traveling with a group of 6 and we had a lovely meal. Each of us loved what we ordered. To say the least, we all were pleasantly surprised. Then the hotel ordered a shuttle for us to arrive at 4:15am and it was on time and took us directly to the airport. The only thing that would've been better is if the shuttle had dropped us off in front of the departure area. Instead, he parked in the lot and we had to take a long walk to get there. It would've been fine except we had been traveling for 2 weeks and we all had lots of luggage.

Great location, close proximity to Marco Polo Airport.. Great little clean rooms with everything you need for an overnight stay before or after a flight.. the restaurant was terrific and served some really nice food and coffee - they even made us a cappuccino at 9pm, which is normally a bit of a ‘no no’ in Italy 😄 .. travellers to and from the airport are also well catered for with a shuttle bus service provided by the hotel

The property and what it provided was perfect for our needs, given we had an early morning flight the following day and didn’t want run the gauntlet from the middle of Venice.. the only curious element was the airport shuttle not pulling up in the drop off area outside the terminal and guests having to load and unload their own suitcases from the bus - which would’ve been really difficult for a couple of the female guests if I hadn’t been there to assist.. I’m not sure why the male driver didn’t help
