This is a lovely property just a few minutes from the airport. It's perfect for the night before an early flight. We had three rooms for our family and they were all close together and very nice. Especially the family room which was huge. It was also easy to catch the bus into town and from the airport.

The only issue with our stay was the taxis they helped us book for our two different early flight times. My husband and I had a 6am flight and the rest of our family was on a 9am. Our taxi driver refused to provide change so we ended up paying 40 EUR for our 25 EUR taxi fare. And the 2nd taxi arrived 15 minutes early for the scheduled pickup time for the rest of the family and when they weren't ready to go he took another family who were standing outside. They eventually made it to the airport but it was a stressful experience for them and left a bad last impression on an otherwise perfect stay. I can't fault the hotel for a rude taxi driver but it's worth mentioning for anyone with an early flight staying here.

1. In the photos, the room and especially the bathroom looked a bit more spacious, but honestly, it had everything I needed for a comfortable overnight stay before the flight. It’s a good spot for a short stay. The apartment is about a 20-minute walk from the airport, which is super convenient if you have an early flight. I walked there easily with a suitcase around 4 am (since buses don’t run that early). 2. There is a snack machine near the entrance, although I didn't use it, it's good to have it on hand 3. Appreciate for the helpful info in the email, including the restaurant recommendation (really great food at a good price). I liked the option for a late check-in, but getting the access link via email felt a bit insecure, would be better if everything was handled directly through Booking messages.

The shower is nice, but it would really help to have a curtain or door. Since the shower head is fixed, water splashes onto the floor near the sink and toilet. Also, I’d suggest adding at least one hook for a towel, there’s nowhere convenient to hang it except over the sink. There is an air conditioner in the room, but I didn’t want to run it at night. Sleeping with the windows open wasn’t really an option either because of the street noise. In general, earplugs will help to drown out noise.

The location was very good - my daughter & I were able to walk to the guest house from the airport. Very good communication on how to self-check-in as we arrived late. The room was nicely decorated, beds comfortable and bathroom had adequate amenities. Staff were very helpful in advising us how to get the local bus into Venice centre (€6 for both of us) and only about 30mins away.

There was only 1 extra pillow in the room - we would have liked 2 so each of us could have an extra one. And it would have been nice to have a kettle and tea/coffee in the room, or even in the common area.

The facility was easy to find on a bus to and from Venice and the airport. There was air conditioning which was good for getting out of the summer heat and the room itself was spacious and nicely decorated. It was also nice to be within close proximity to the airport since my travel companion and I had an early morning flight. The person at the desk also kindly clarified that the shuttle is only from the airport to the hotel during certain times and agreed upon before arrival and not the other way around, so we were able to make a plan for airport travel once leaving the hotel which was good since it was only about a 20-minute walk, mostly with a sidewalk.

There are parts of the walk to the airport that don't have a sidewalk so you'll want to be careful with cars if that's how you get there. For the room, the beds were a bit hard but we were still happy to sleep in there!

All staff we met spoke English and were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and comfortable. Extra door in room to access balcony. Location very accessible to Marco Polo Airport. Few restaurants in walking distance but they were very good. Free transfer from airport after 2 p.m.

Lift was not accessible a few times due to housekeeping use No kleenex or extra toilet paper in room. No handheld shower head Small fridge in room would be beneficial as well as 2 glasses/wine glasses

An easy walk from the airport - took us about 15/20 minutes. Super clean room and easy self check in as we arrived on a late flight outside of the reception times. The room was spotlessly clean and newly refurbished - clean and comfortable bed, spotless bathroom and towels. (no mini bar or kettle for those that need these things!) We arrived around 1am and left at 8am and didn't see any staff. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the no 5 bus stop that takes you straight in to the centre of Venice.

Very close to the airport, and the bus stop to get to the airport early in the morning. The room itself was spacious. The hosts communicated well during the day about our late arrival.

We arrived late so we did not have a chance to talk to the host (onsite staff leave around 7 PM) about the issues we experienced once we got to our room. Since we only stayed one night it was not a big deal, but we had two issues. First, we could not get the air conditioning to work. We solved this by just leaving a window open all night. Second the water pressure in the shower in our room was super weak, water was barely coming out of the shower head. There might have been a number to call after hours if you had an issue, but honestly we were just tired and had to get up at 4:30 am so didn't want to try to figure out how to get the issues resolved, neither of which were too much of an issue.

There was no one in the reception in the morning and there was no breakfast available on site. No shuttle service to the airport is provided and I was glad I had a taxi app to make a reservation as there was no one there in the morning at 9 am to book a taxi. The airport bus is right there across the roundabout if you are planning to take that. Also the bus to Venice. They have an elevator and a/c and had charming seating areas outside on each floor. Rooms were modern and spacious and charming with good showers .there was a wonderful restaurant around the corner for dinner and we had a beautiful last night meal before heading for the airport. Access to the property and room is digital which I like. The lady at reception was very helpful with good English.Be aware taxis are expensive. 20 euro to get to the airport which was a 5 minute drive away. Get to the airport early as security slow there.

It was reasonable walking distance from the Venice Airport: about 15mins. The check-in process was easy before arrival to meet the needs and get code information to enter without waking anyone up! Also, the hosts were amazing and served the breakfast as they bake the fresh croissants and drip coffee for us with their gorgeous antique turn table music playing, le bohem from Puccini. It was a treat! Totally coming back here on our next trip to stay longer.

The Bella guest house was way better than how it's listed on booking.com. The property is huge with 3 floors. Just need to read carefully about how to go around the property.

The hotel room was very cute and comfortable. We had just booked the room for convenience before an early morning flight, but the room was cuter than most we've stayed at for travel destinations. There were plenty of towels and extra pillows, and we will absolutely stay again.

We could hear the people quite clearly staying in the room next to us, but they respected the quiet hours so it wasn't a very big deal. We slept just fine otherwise.
