The house was clean, and the staff friendly. We had our own bathroom. There was soap, toilet paper, tooth paste, towels and a hair dryer. The room had AC warm or cold. And an extra fan. Also a small table. When we arrived the host gave us a bottle of water. Which was great, because we forgot to buy some.

Maybe the fact that we had to unlock 3 diffrent doors. I wish i had just 1 key, for my room.

The room was larger than I expected. It had everything we needed to stay for one night and the owners were very kind. There's also a big kitchen downstairs that you can use to have or cook breakfast. Also there's a bus station and a tram station (T1) in 5 minutes walking range to go to Venice. You can go to Venice in 20-30 minutes from the hotel.

I stayed at Ever Green in Mestre and had a great experience. The location is easy to find and very convenient for getting around. Everything was smooth and comfortable during my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

When it rains, it's wet. Didn't understand how to open the window.

The host is very friendly and accommodating! We checked in very last as our flight got delayed , Mr. Basher responded to our calls and also walked out to find us as the taxi driver was not able to find the location.

The room was not all that well finished , there is scope for improvement.

The location of the appointment. It is very clean. It has air condition. Very good Internet connection. Close to shops. The owner is very kind and helpful.

The room is small for a medium family. There was no refrigerator in the room.

The host Bashar was sweet, he allowed us early check in, was patient, helped us out with kitchen usage too.

Bathroom was detached, although private. A minor niggle though.

The host was extremely helpful and kind, a real pleasure to interact with him. The rooms are small and simple but that is perfectly acceptable for a traveller who`s not going to spend much time in the room. The room were very clean

Not much to improve

Host was super nice ! I was tired and couldn't clean the dishes. The next day during my departure my tiffin box was cleaned.

location is a bit away from Venice.
