I really liked that was close to the bus and train station and close to the restaurants/taverns. We also received advices on what bus should we use for going to Venice. Breakfast was also ok. People working there were also very kind and helpful

The breakfast was really lovely, the owner is a very kind and understanding person. The hotel is well located, easy to reach the bus station and the centre of Metre and Venice.

We expected the room to be a little bit bigger, but in general, it was a very successful stay.

Staff: The receptionist Alessandro is very friendly, kind, and accommodating. You can ask him recommendations. The waiter expressed warm greetings when we entered the dining hall. Location: Just along the road. Accessible to restaurants, convenience stores, gas stations, ATM, etc and near bus/ferry/tram ticket booth. 2-5 minutes walk from the bus station. (Take bus 4L if you are bound for Venice, very easy and affordable. €3 roundtrip per person) Parking: Right along front and back of the hotel and is TOTALLY FREE! Breakfast: Satisfying. Alessandro offered to make us coffee of our choice. Price: So far they had the cheapest rate around. Would highly recommend!

The sink, when my wife just wanted to brush the teeth she saw a lot of hair as soon as she opened the water tap because the tube was fully blocked and she was angry with me thinking a lover was with me when she was outside... for all the gods'sake I was not with a lover! I didn't know the tube was fully blocked, also the shower but ok, many hotels in Italy has this way so it's business as usual, that's Italy 🇮🇹 and Italian use to say: "siamo in Italia" to remind how negative things are, disgusting but... period, in Italy

First contact with the stuff was very good...guy on the reception was professional and very likable. He explained us everything and provided us every info we needed. Connection to Venice is very good, near hotel is bus station, with bus 4L you can come to Venice very quickly. We had a parking space of the hotel, which was very convenient. Breakfast was good and tasty, also you can drink italian espresso at breakfast, you must try it. Room was clean and pretty comfortable. For a small hotel at Mestre, five stars, :)

The staff was very helpful and helped us resolve our needs to a point. Very friendly and yet professional. We enjoyed out stay a lot.

First of all we liked the Receptionsit attitude and the behvaviour and he was very friendly and helpful .Room was clean and the breakfast they provided is good.This is the Budget friendly hotel if you want to stay in the venice .it is just 20 minuts drive distance from the venice (in mestre).They prepared a QR code and given to us when we visit the venice on the weekend (since we paid the city tax -as part of the booking), This is required to enter the venice in the sunday ,else we may have to pat addtional charges . overall ,Happy with thier services.

Perfect for a night or two when visiting Mestre or Venice. The hotel is in a perfect position, not far from the center and close to the bus that takes you to Venice in 15 minutes. The hotel has private and free parking for 6-7 cars and very friendly staff. The breakfast is OK, but after two days you wouldn't know what to eat. On the other hand, the rooms themselves need refreshment and renovation. The courtyard rooms are quiet and you can get a good night's sleep.
