Top design of the whole object. Impressive. Great location, center of Mestre, on small square, cosy bars and restorants, worth visiting, just in front. Pedestrian zone starts few steps away. Bus to Venice 50m away. Room large enough, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Our room had large terrace. The place is very clean, maids comming each morning. Public garage round 200 meters away. As advertised, price 12 euro for 24 hours. Affordable. Very good and smooth communication with owners. Besides, they will kindly provide you all neccesary info about visiting Venice, as well as what you want to know about Mestre.

Stylish rooms in a lively part of Mestre with many restaurants and bars. Bus and tram stations are nearby so you can easily reach Venice centre or the airport within 20-30 mins without having to go to Mestre Station. The room was incredibly quiet with almost no street noise, but it was on the back of the building - not sure how the rooms on the front are. The staff were very helpful, printing out tickets for attractions in Venice and giving advice on transport.

The room design is beautiful but the sofa was made of plastic, which was very uncomfortable when trying to relax in the afternoon. Also, the shower is an open, step concept, so the water leaked all over the floor no matter how hard I tried.

First of all, Gloria was fantastic. She listened to my requests and was very responsive; and very helpful for everything I needed and more. The hotel is super-modern, but don't let the all white decor put you off. There's plenty of "texture" in the brick walls and decor (sorry, forgot to get photos, except for view out the window). I had plenty of space, bathroom was exceptional (except for the uncomfortable "square" toilet seat), windows could be opened, good lighting. When I asked for a kettle, it was in my room the next day. Under a 5 minute walk to the bus into Venice. Photos are of Mestre near the hotel. There's a courtyard steps away with a few shops, bars, and restaurants.

I had the junior suite which was on 2 floors; bedroom upstairs. To be honest, a bit of a pain for bathroom breaks in the middle of the night. I was super careful going down the metal stairs. Also, with concrete floors, it felt a bit cold (not in temperature). A small carpet would have gone a long way to warming the space up.

The place was spacious and bright. The studio room and the bathroom were big and clean. It has a comfy bed and it was quiet at night for sleep. It has a big desk for eating or computer work. The place is close to the bus stop to Venice and has many places to eat nearby. The place is cleaned every day and support people were nearby when needed.

I did not see any good grocery market nearby, but it could be just me not find it even if it was nearby.

The property is located in a hip plaza in the happening center of Mestre and with very easy access by tram or bus to Venezia (20min). The room is large enough to have 2 people in it. It has a little fridge for convenience, which helps to store some small food items. It also has a safe. It is clean and the interior is fashionably styled, as expected in Italy. All doors have key cards to enter. Very convenient I may say. The owner is around and very friendly. He is stationed in a cute store next to the entrance of the main building. To my surprise the rooms get cleaned every day. A first for me in my experience. The cleaning team is very nice as well and do an amazing job. I recommend this property to any young single or couple traveler that’s looking for peace and quiet but yet with easy and fast access to Venice and Mestre city.

Nothing major to note that could use improvements. But if you are a light sleeper don’t get the rooms that are next to the main doors. As these doors slam hard when closing and it might wake you up. The gps might give you a bit of a challenge finding the main entrance

The room was very spacious with a super comfortable bed, and also a large bathroom. It was also great that the room had a minibar and little cupboard to hang some clothes as well as air conditioning during the hot weather in Venice. The rooms were also cleaned every day which was nice. The rooftop terrace connected to my room was also fabulous for enjoying some sunshine in the morning or an afternoon drink! The staff/owners were all very kind and helpful, and allowed me to leave my luggage after check out while I did some last minute things before departing from Venice.

The welcome I received on check in was really warm and made the check in process very enjoyable and pleasant. My room was really spacious, modern bathroom and had an outdoor seating area that was open but very private. All the pictures of the room are exact and are not filtered to enhance the room, it really is to the standard you see. The local area was stunning, a lovely small piazza just outside the door (Bar Helmut and Osteria Da Gino I can recommend) and within 3 minute walk of Piazza Erminio Ferretto, where you can find bars, shops and a wonderful atmosphere throughout the afternoon and evening. This is a fantastic location if you want outstanding hospitality within a reasonable distance of Venice, without staying in central Venice and spending a fortune.

The only downside I had of the entire trip was on my final night I had noisy upstairs guests that kept me awake much later than I had hoped given the early morning airport transfer I needed to catch. Nothing against the property, I don't feel they are responsible for guests behaviour or general manners after midnight.

The staff was very friendly, eager to help, fast answers on messages and the everyday cleaning was spotless, also receiving new towels every time. Face tissues were a nice touch. Confortable bed. The location is near a pedestrian area.

Small things could have been improved like the small space for clothes or the lack of a toothbrush cup. It would be helpful if the google maps location was changed with the one where the reception is located.

This was one of the most comfortable and stylish places I have ever stayed in. The minimalism of the room is really soothing and feels, at the same time, luxurious because every piece of furniture seems to be a carfully chosen and color coordinated design piece (with some charming DIY elements). Breakfast was served in the room and although I missed an occasioal piece of fresh produce or hot tea, I enjoyed being able to sleep in and eat whenever I liked. The room service was thoughtful and kind and the heat worked extremely well (for which I was grateful as I arrived during Carneval season in chilly February). There are a few nice eateries and two excellent museums right around the corner, so it is worth spending at least half a day in Mestre itself.

Walls are thin in this place and you can hear every whisper of the people in the adjacent rooms. Bring ear plugs if you need to get a good rest!

The accommodation was quite clean, cozy and convenient. It was close to the center as well as quite accessible to the public transportation. Gloria, the host, was quite helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. Not to mention, her warm and pleasing personality

The WiFi was quite slow - other than there is nothing to complain.
