It's 1km away from the railstation. It was very clean. The host is very friendly. It has a small kitchen (for sharing among all rooms/guests) that you could use for having breakfast, (however you need to bring your own food as the establishment doesn't provide it.

There is no reception and the check-in hours are not so many, so we had to wait for the person in charge to come and open for us. The beds are not the newest that may exist but we had a decent rest night. Communication with the establishment, prior our arrival was not that easy (they took too long time to answer and they answered partially).

Very nice host, helpful with parking and bus, ready to answer any question. The room was basic, two beds and a bathroom, all clean. We had no heating, but it wasn't cold and we had good blankets. There is a shared kitchen with everything that is required. Close to bus station, bus no. 2 takes you to venice in 15 minutes. A good place to stay for 1 or 2 nights.

Le Maschere is a short walk away from the train station and literally around the corner from the bus station that takes you directly to Venice. The host was very friendly, kind and helpful. The room was cleaned every single day. We were provided with some drinks and food in the fridge, as well as coffee and tea. The kitchen is shared with other rooms, however, we didn’t mind it. The room was well equipped and it met all our needs for a 4-day stay - we usually only spent the mornings and the evenings in the room. The only thing one should be prepared for is that as it was quite cold outside at the time of our visit, the room was also cold. There were no blankets ready for us on the beds but we found some in the wardrobe, so we used those. Also, if you’re looking for a quiet place, beware that there’s a restaurant right below the apartment which is open until midnight every day. We didn’t mind the lively people, but someone might find it disturbing.

The location is good ,apartment was nice ,got microwave and kettle, near bus stand and 10 min walk from Venice station mestre

Everything was nice but at end we were late by 1hr to checkout as we were stuck in Venice ,the host kept calling shouting to leave even though we explained our situation which is understandable as we were at fault but could have said calmly that's all .

The neighbourhood is nice and peaceful, with a direct connection to Venice and the central station via bus. The manager was very nice and helpful. There is a big shop nearby and the property has a nice common kitchen where you can have breakfast or microwaved meals. They also clean and change the sheets every day. The pillows were great!

Very good location to travel to Venice by bus (15 min)

a bit of noise from the restaurant downstairs (In week end)

Close to the city center, close to the bus station to Venice, close to the main train and bus station.

Absolutely clean room and friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Large supermarket, cafe and restaurant close to the house. Bus to Venice 2 minutes walk away. Everything was very pleasant. I wish grateful guests to this hotel owner.

The bus stand is right next to the apartment. you can reach the main station (mestre) within some minutes by walk

At night, it might be a bit noisy because of restaurant downstairs, but that is still OK.

Proportionaly with the money. I think it’s a great choice if you don’t plan to spend a lot of time at the property. The facilities were ok, it was clean and close to the bus station. Satisfied overall
