We had a wonderful stay here during our trip to Venice. The location is great—very close to the bus station and the local supermarket, yet quiet and peaceful. Our room was comfortable, and even though the bathroom was separate, it was spacious and extremely clean, so it didn’t bother us at all. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The shared living room was beautifully decorated—so much style and attention to detail, we were truly impressed. We highly recommend this place and would definitely return if we visit Venice again!

Nothing. Everything was fine.

The location is great as it is very close to the Venice Mestre station. Flew in to Treviso airport, took a shuttle bus to Mestre and then walked maybe less than 10 mins to reach this place. Instructions to get in were clear. Main bed seemed comfy. Also the balcony was quite lovely and the main dining area also really really nice. Dining area had a fridge, there were cups, cuttlery and other things you might need.

Spent a night in a room no. 6 which had a squeeky sofa-bed that does not help with the good night's sleep. But that's very common and was expected honestly. 4 out of 5 times there's a sofa-bed it would mean it's gonna be creaky and noisy. But my folks who slept in the main bed in the other room were very happy with the bed.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. It's very easy to communicate with the staff about issues. The air conditioning worked well, the location was good and the whole building is nice and cosy. The train station is very nearby. A lot of people said that Via Piave is a dangerous street but in my third year in a row I had more issues on Via Cappuccina. It's a great location and it's easy to find (I'm certain that the staff can help with some information about sights and good places to get meals in the area).

There were some issues with hit water. It could be a simple mistake from our part or perhaps multiple rooms use the same boiler? Even this wasn't a huge issue.

The space was squeaky clean and they have daily housekeeping. It's quite near to the main train and bus station so it was a convinient location. There's number of affordable eateries around, that's a plus point. I loved the balcony area, so easy to dry my clothes.

Main attractions are mainly in the island, this is the mainland. However, it wasn't a big issue since train station is nearby.

Great room, comfy bed, and we even had a little terrace when we were able to have our dinner. The common area is super well equipped, they have plates, cutlery, coffee and tea machines, as well as a fridge with a place for every room to leave their food. There is another nice terrace that you can access from the common area, as well as tables inside. It's really nice, especially when you are tired from a day in Venice!

The apartment can be easily reached on foot from the railway station. There is a supermarket and some ethnic restaurants around. When we were there in summer 2023, the city was financing the city gardens revival project, which was a great opportunity to socialise with the locals in the evening. It felt a safe environment. The airconditioning worked well. We particularly appreaciated the possibility to leave the luggage in the apartment for a couple of hours after the check-out!

It was not clear from the booking instructions what we can use in the open area and there were no clear instructions with regard to coffee/tea making etc on the spot. One bed was fine, the other had a kind of hollow. I was too tired after walking during a hot day and for one night it was ok but if I had to sleep there for a few nights, it would definitely affect the sleep.

Was very close to the train station, supermarket, restaurant and bus station, the welcome was amazing, very nice and kind, and I felt super comfortable all the time

Everything was really good, I highly recommend this stay, the train to Venice is just 15 minutes ride

The host is very lovely! 💚🤍❤️ She is always smiling and caring. 🤍 The place in general is very clean and tidy ✨ It is 5 min. walking distance from Mestre train station and 2 min. walking distance from the bus station that takes you to Venice in 15 minutes. The price is good compared to other places around. Self check-in was easy though booking.com. There’s a pretty common area with tables, a fridge, a beautiful grand piano 😍 and free coffee/tea offered. Very good experience. We would definitely come back in the future!

There is an 4€ extra fee per night/per person that is charged by the host once you get there, which is a mandatory external fee by the government or something, from what I understood. I wasn’t aware of that but it was my fault since I didn’t read it stated in the general info. Nothing serious 🙃

Everything was clean and tidy, the room and common area were really nicely remodeled and there was a lot of privacy.

In my case given the location of the room, the windows were made of wood and not double glazed, you could hear a bit of the noise ( cars ) outside and the thermal isolation wasn’t the best but it wasn’t anything that really kept me from sleeping or relaxing.

Everything was clean and tidy. We were able to do a very early check-in and leave our bags. Nice common area with some cutlery and cups for breakfast. Bus to Venice was really close and the train station is 7 min away. There is a supermarket and a tobacco place near by where you can by bus tickets.

In the common area there were no glasses so if you like having juice or drink something better having you own.
