Honestly for the price, this is a very nice place. It’s super close to the train station and bus station going to Venice (yes, it’s walking distance). Just make sure u add your contact number so the host can send u the instructions on how to self check (super easy but it might be difficult if u don’t check the instructions)

The only inconvenience I had was that one side of the bed was kind of unsteady. The shower is a little bit small, I didn’t have any problem cuz I’m a small person but just something u should be aware of if you’re a big person :)

Good value for money with all we needed for our short trip to Venice. Everything worked as expected. Liked the AC and the room was cleaned even when we only stayed for a couple of days. Convenient check-in and check-out process.

Not the closest to the train station but not a long walk either. We arrived a bit late and the area felt a little unsafe. The self-closing gate was disconcerting since it apparently closes after a few mins but we were unsure it did and it feels off leaving it open.

The place is great. It completely corresponds to the photos, it is even nicer. Clean, pleasant, no complaints. There is a bus stop right in front of the villa and with bus number 7 you are in Venice in 8-10 minutes.

Recommendation - it would be nice to have a small fridge in the room. Note - I can only note that on the day of the check out at 10:50 they were already knocking on the door for us to leave and were waiting at the door. We felt pressured, we still vacated the room on time, but it's not nice.

The location was good and bad at the same time: it was a 7min walk to the rail station to get to the island, but being next to the rail station the neighborhood was a bit sketchy.

We had troubles with the heating system and I wrote to the host but got no answer, just a seen message. We managed to use the A/C, but it barely could heat up the room

The place was very pretty, very near to the main train station in mestre, and was clean! And the check in was completely independent.

The check-in process, the person checking us in wrote in a combination of italian and english, which was confusing to follow.

We liked everything. The location is great, very close to Venice station. Check-in was very smooth, and everything was automatic. Daniela, a sweet lady, helped us with a problem in the taxi. The accommodation was very clean and super comfortable. Soft bed and great bathroom. We loved everything. Thank you very much. We will definitely recommend it to our friends.

Perfect place to be if on a budget. Perfectly clean, easy check -in and very close to all transports to Venice and mainland. I really appreciated the air conditioning as Mestre in Summer Is really warm

Soap is provided (but not sure if it's also shampoo?). The coffee machine wasn't working and the bathroom could do with a little stool for placing your clothes etc

Really nice and comfortable place. Ideal if you want to visit Venice. Really close to the station. Nice and very clean. We liked it very much.

Location was good, coffee was offered by the property. It was easy to enter in the room. Provided instructions where really helpful

We needed some time to freshen the air in the room. Shower was really too small and it was difficult to have it properly. The area around was not the best.

Very clean room and property. Check-in instructions were clear. Location is great, near to train station, grocery stores, italian and chinese restaurants.

There were quite a number of mosquitoes. There is no place to put the shower head unfortunately.
