The building is conveniently positioned close to the train stop, bus stop and aeroport shuttles, 7-8 min by walk. The property was clean with very clear house rules. Mauro showed us how everything works, gave us info about moving around and made recommendations. The room is a good size, equiped with dressing, night tables, hanger for clothes and bags, AC, basically everything you need. The bathroom is newly renovated and looks very good. Also we could leave the bags for storage on the departure day, as we had late plane, for a small charge of 10 euros, which was great for us and we managed to take advantage of the day and visit more Venice. I would recommend this property and would definitely cone back.

Would add some additional shelves or storage in the bathroom. Also The mattress was a bit strange, as it was very fluffy on one side and stiff on the other side of the bed.

The property was very modern, very clean, it had everything we needed! The location was great right next to s Bus Stop that will take you straight to Venice! it has a great restaurant for American Breakfast on a walking distance! It had AC! And Mauro the Host was very organize and helpful and every aspect will definitely recommend to stay here! The wifi worked very good, power outlets all over the room big and spacious and confortable beds! Thank you Mauro for providing a great experience!

Clean, you must walk literally 5 minutos to get the bus to Venice and the bus drop you back again, 5 minutes walk-in away. I recommend for sure! Mauro, the host is just amazing!

the neighborhood is kind “popular” seems it’s not safe but I didn’t had any problem, it’s just my perception.

Mauro's communication is perfect, and he was very kind about having to wait up until midnight due to a delayed flight. The room is pristine, so clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Great location, 5 min walk from Mestre train and bus stations, there is also a bus stop 2 steps away. The apart is very clean, all functions perfectly. The owner and staff are nice and caring, communication is very easy and clear. Perfect place to stay if you want to explore Venice and surroundings.

Mauro, the host, was very accommodating with our late arrival time and took time to show us around and explain how everything worked. He speaks good English, was very helpful and was available by phone if we needed any assistance. The hotel is easily reached from the bus/train station (about a 5 minute walk) and therefore a good base for travelling into Venice. There are a couple of good eating places nearby and Pizzeria da Michele also does a good breakfast. The hotel was clean and quiet with all the necessary facilities and recommended as a value for money alternative to Venice Hotels.

Location is very close to the train station (around 10 min walk) and bus station (2 min) to Venice. Bus trip to Venice takes around 15 minutes. The room was very clean and everything looked new. There is a shared fridge in the common area for guests to use. Owner was helpful with tips and tricks to use while visiting. There are good places to eat in the proximity.

It's a matter of preferences, but the mattress was too soft for us (2 average weight people)

When we arrived our host met us, provided us with a coffee, showed us the facilities, advised us ok how to get to Venice and told us of the local area and what we can find close. It was a warm and friendly welcome. This location was amazing for the price and it took us about 15 minutes to get to Venice from there. On an evening the bus dropped us right outside the house. On the first night, after a long journey, our host provided us with a restaurant suggestion that was within walking distance - this offered us a special spice when mentioning the name. We also needed some international plugs, our host was able to tell us where we could find these late at night - he was so helpful and even gave us his number to be able to reach him should we need further help.
