We stayed for 2 nights with breakfast included, along with our children aged 6 and 4. Both of them really enjoyed the hotel. It has easy access to Mestre Station—just 10 minutes by train to Venice and about 20 minutes to Marco Polo Airport, making it a very convenient location. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when we arrived early with the kids. They made our children feel comfortable by welcoming them with drinks, cookies, and even complimentary toys. A special thanks to receptionist Eleonora for her kindness and support throughout our stay!

Extremely comfortable bed with all you can possibly need in a hotel room: toiletries, hairdryer, sleepers, bath robes, safe box, coffee maker, kettle, etc. Room temperature can be set up easily for cooler/warmer conditions. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options for any taste and friendly staff! Reception staff is also very helpful. It took us just 10 min to get to Venice itself by train.

Connecting to the Wifi required registration with a username and email but in the end didn’t work. Bottled water is not provided upon arrival.

Absolutely awesome for us, again I stay close to train stations or airports for my own reasons so this was great location for the train station. Wife and I had a bad day traveling with plane delays, e arrived at the Hotel at approximately 1am. Stefan on reception greeted us very friendly and processed us very quickly, was extremely through in informing us in regard to everything required. At breakfast staff were great, friendly and helpful, good selection cereals, toast, waffles cakes, fruit with scrambled eggs and ham and sausages, plenty. The room was great, clean, good size, had a fridge, jug and bottled water. Couldn't fault anything. Highly recommend staying here.

We should have stayed longer...

The staff at this property was amazing. They did a great job providing us with information about how to reach Venice (which is via bus directing in front of the hotel). The morning breakfast is well worth the small extra cost. The location is great, and the facilities are nice. As in most older areas of Italy, the rooms are not that big, but it was definitely comfortable enough for two adults and one child.

I have no real complaints. The room was small, but it was well equipped and if you've traveled to city-based hotels in Europe, you can expect smaller rooms.

As Venice is not easy to reach by car, this hotel really has the best location. It is right opposite the train station, from which within about 15 minutes you get to Venice. The rooms are very comfortable, and they have air-conditioning which was very welcome as it was very hot in Venice. Breakfast is very nice with a lot to choose from. Wifi worked really well. The staff is friendly and helpful. It has a parking option very nearby.

The breakfast room is relatively small, so in the morning it can get really crowded and it may take a while before you find a place where to sit.

Our stay at Best Western Tritone was exceptional! The complete and inclusive dietary breakfast was impressive, catering to a wide range of tastes and needs. The hotel's organization and cleanliness were top-notch, and the attentive staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, especially with our 2-year-old, making necessary adaptations with ease. The location was excellent, situated near the train station and airport, which allowed us to easily reach Venice in about 20 minutes from the hotel door.

Our only suggestion for improvement would be to add exhaust fans to the bathrooms, but nothing major.

We got a lucky upgrade with amazingly spacious rooms on the “M” floor. It offered a great breakfast buffet, the staff were super friendly and accommodating. It’s located right by the train station (5 minute walk) where it’s a less than 15 minute train right to Venice. If you wanted to take the bus to Venice it would also be a (5 minute walk).

Nothing

The room was absolutely perfect for my friend and I. It was super clean and spacious. Love that the beds had a partial wall between them, which made us feel like we had our own separate space. The location was great. Being directly across the street from the train station made traveling to different cities extremely easy. The staff was very friendly and inviting. Loved having breakfast served on site as well, saved us time and trouble of having to find a place to eat, and the food was very tasty. Would definitely recommend booking a room here.

There is not one thing that could have been better.

Hotel was clean, nice room size, with great location across from train station. Short taxi ride from Venice Airport. The Breakfast was good we did not eat any other meals at hotel. The staff was friendly and professional very helpful with information on trains to Venice Island, Verona and Rome gave some good recommendations on things to check out in Venice so much appreciated. We don't speak Italian so they were helpful with instructions and help in English

Can not really recall any do not like. Would stay again and can recommend to family and friends

Excellent location for the train to Venice. The concierge was exceedingly helpful with parking and information about visiting Venice. The room was the perfect size for our family of four and it was immaculate. The breakfast was wonderful.

The air conditioning did not work very well. The front desk tried to make it better, but it never worked well. Possibly it was because of the unusually hot daytime temperatures.
