It was a great location, just a short walk to the train station or bus station that take you straight to Venice. The room had a great bed and air conditioning plus the parking was right outside!

The window was a bit sketchy to open and it wasn’t particularly sound proof to noise outside the door or the room next door.

Good location next to the railway station venezia mestre. Downstairs pizzeria. Android TV, and terrace where you can sit and drink morning coffee. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

There was some places where was mold (in bathroom ceiling and under one of the rooms window.

I really liked this place. It is a basic budget place, but they have got all the essentials right, and everything WORKS. For once a heather you can turn on or off yourself. (I had just come from a number of places that was heathed when I was out and not heathed when I was in). Excellent WiFi which didn't have a single glitch during the 6 days I was there. Drying rack which is heathed at night, so no need to worry about getting wet in all the rain. Excellent location just a stone throw from the train station. Enough supply of soap, shampoo and toiletpaper for the duration of the stay. There is a big fridge, a microwave and a kettle in the corridoor. Much appreciated, because eating out is not cheap in Venice.

It was nothing at all which I didn't like.

The location was perfect to commute to Venice, with the train station just across the road and inexpensive to travel to Venice each day. The staff were very friendly and everything was clean. We were exploring Venice not Mestre so weren’t at the apartment for very long each day but it was perfect. Aircon and private bathroom were both great.

The furniture was slightly outdated but nothing that negatively impacted the stay.

There cannot be a better location than this apartment. Location, room, cleanliness and staff's conduct are just wow. Just opposote to Venezia Mestre Rail Station. 2 mins walking distance from Bus stop. I strongly recommend you for this apartment.

Right next to the train station which was exactly what we needed. Perfect if you just need a place to sleep which the price reflects well. Clean, good a/c and hot water. Staff were very accommodating and allowed us to check in late due to flight issues.

It's perfect, and it fits the price you paid. It’s really near to the train station, 2 min walking. I recommend to all that want to visit Venice and want just a place to sleep in. Super friendly staff.

the pillows were way to hard and the beds were a bit too firm but other than that it was good.
