The hotel was in an excellent location on a quiet street. The hotel staff was friendly and answered all questions including directions to the train/bus to Venice The room was large (family room with 2 connected rooms), clean and very quiet. The breakfast was good and included a large variety of food (the table was arranged according to the room number). The hotel staff took care and made sure to order a taxi back to the airport.

We were a group of 9 Adults and had booked this hotel 7 months back. We all liked the location to Maestre station, bus stand to go to Venice island every day ( Maestre station is 8 minute walk and bus stand is 4 minute walk). Breakfast was a good spread. Hotel and the facilities were clean. Staff were very helpful and caring. I would stay there again on my next trip and would recommend it to others. Hotel interiors are very tastefully done. Loved it.

They did provide 2 kettles for our 4 rooms but wish there was one in every room.

Beautiful hotel! Very modern, clean, and pleasant! In a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to Mestre train station and Venice!! Highly recommended! We wanted to stay 5 days in Venice but made a mistake pre booking all our train tickets in advance and got the dates mixed up!! I would most definitely be staying here again! I had the best night sleep here out of all the hotels we stayed at so far !!

I wished it had a swimming pool!! Italy in summer you need to jump into a pool after a long day of sight seeing! It is only a very minor thing

Location was perfect as it was only a 5 minute walk to station. The staff are amazing here, we felt looked after. Receptionist should us all the local restaurants which we would highly recommend.

As we had paid for the highest priced suite we expected a higher standard. Skylight windows were not clean, cobwebs on ceiling by entrance to bathroom, unused furniture in odd locations. We also asked for aircon in room which we had 1st night but then were told heating was on. You had to ask reception for aircon no option to turn on yourself in the room. Pillows were also very flat. Jacuzzi bath did also not switch on. No coffee provided in room only tea.

If you are looking for a quiet location to stay, easy access to the island of Venice, this is it. Surrounded by residential properties, this hotel is fantastic if you are a light sleeper. Very quiet. The rooms are very clean, good sized and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is a delicious spread of cold savoury and sweet options. Very impressed that gluten free options were available.

My room had a door that adjoins to the next room. I could hear my neighbours a bit. Luckily they weren't too noisy. Would prefer a different room next time.

Everything- the location, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was super comfortable and clean. Bus to Venice right around the corner and convenient. Easy access to Venice but nice to get out of all the busyness at the end of the day. Highly recommend.

Pillows could be improved- I used every pillow in the room for one person and still didn’t have enough cushion to sit up and read on the bed. Very flat, cheap pillows

The room was super clean and the hotel well maintained. Breakfast was made with a big heart and, while petite, had a good variety of options, including some vegan croissants and pastries. It is really close to Bus Line 2 which takes you directly to and from Venice in less than 30 minutes. Bus Line 2 next stop is the Mestre Train Station to which the line 15? takes you to and from the Airport at a very low cost. The area feels safe.

The water in the shower at the rush hour (early morning) was not really hot. It was only warm the rest of days. Maybe it is due to "Eco" practices which I should have known before.

Very convenient location for trains and buses. Quiet location and in the hotel. Receptionist helpful in ordering a taxi.

We booked a room with terrace but this was shared with the room next door and it was overlooked by rooms just across the way. The tea, coffee, water etc were not replenished even though we had left the storage drawer open . If we asked for extra we were given one teabag.

Best part was the helpful gentleman woh checked us in. He came to our room with us to show us how to use AC etc, and gave a great recommendation for our evening in Mestre. Super nice guy.

Just a warning, google maps will not find a way to this hotel, as it sits in the middle of a street that is one-way only to the left and one-way only to the right ! Only access is a third road intersecting the street right at the hotel which google maps did not seem to know about, so after circling several times we drove the wrong way on the street.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. In walking distance you can find restaurants, shops and the train station that takes you in only 10 minutes to the old town of Venice. Good value for the money and the staff was very friendly and always helpful! We booked a triple room, but we slept in the queen bed with our 3 year old and had plenty of space. Breakfast was fine and fresh, but the same every day. Overall we recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Mestre.
