Clean, modest room at a good price, very close to the Venice-Mestre train station. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were pleasantly surprised that the room was cleaned daily. The courtyard gate is locked at night. For a two-star hotel, it’s very good.

The neighborhood didn’t feel the safest, but nothing happened, so it might not actually be unsafe.

The staff is super kind and helpfull. The receptionist gave us immediately the info about the biggest fireworks festival that was going on that night and helped me to book the place for.me and my family. That is really something that I appreciated very much. The hotel has great location, and is very clean.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Montepiana. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived by train and the hotel is a few blocks from the station. The hotel is on a quiet street, but a few blocks away is a street with many restaurants and a park where there were food trucks and a stage with music performances in the evenings. The neighborhood seems safe, and it was convenient to take the train (or bus) into Venice for a day of sightseeing. It is possible to take a bus to the airport from near the train station, but we had enough luggage that we opted to take a taxi. Breakfast was not included in the room charge, but there was a nice continental breakfast available at the hotel for a reasonable price. AC worked fine and bathroom was clean and functional.

If you must have everything fancy and brand new it might not satisfy you, but everything was clean and functional so it was fine for us.

Location good, only 5 mins walk & you have several small supermarkets, cafes & frequent buses to Venice itself. Host Angelo was exceptional, very friendly & nothing was too much trouble for him. Bedroom was a decent size, with simple traditional furniture, everything very clean. Continental breakfast was very good & well presented.

Shower was very small. Bedroom decor could be improved & we did find the beds uncomfortable & hard. An upgrade on mattresses should be looked at for a good nights sleep.

The location is great when there are no options in Venice, but if you bring lots of luggage don't stay in Venice. Any rolling suitcase is inconvenient in Venice to be honest. Mestre is a better option since you take the metro which is quite close to the hotel. There is a good coffee shop 2 blocks from the hotel that opens early and the best Chinese food I ever eaten.

The staff was helpful, but they didn't have a lot of amenities, like for example extra blankets or cups. Parking was difficult, however it was on site and safe.

The hotel is located near the train station, so it was easy to get there and from the train station to Venecia. Also, there is a bus stop near the hotel so it was easy to get back from Venecia by bus the night (bus route number was 2). The hotel let to park our car in their personal yard, it was crowded, but somehow we managed to fit our car there.

We were able to hear people from the other rooms, but we were so tired, that we just fell asleep really quickly, even though we were able to hear people from the other rooms.

Great location. It is in the silent street in 10 minutes walk from the Mestre rail station. Very good team! All are extremely polite and always ready to help. The room was pretty good and quite big. They cleaned the room on daily basis, and changed towels even if we did not asked. The room was soundproof from the street but not from the common corridor - we could hear loud noises and voices when people came in and went out. We did not order the breakfast and took one for extra payment. It is typical Italian - too sweet. But they also could propose only coffee at a regular price and that became a good option for us.

There is no tea pot in the room - it would be good to have it. But they are ready to provide you with hot boiled water and you do not need to go out each time. Soundproffing of the room could be better.

The boy in the frontdesk is very friendly and polite. The room was clean, nice bathroom, they deffinitely take care of the cx. The customer service and the installations, not to count the location, just a few steps far from the Train Station and the tram was a perfect. Doesn't take you no more than 15 minutes to be in Venice. Very easy to go to. Recommended 100%. Also very safe by night!. Safe neighbourhood.

The hotel is located in the perfect location in Mestre. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The rooms are small, but they have everything you need for a long stay. The stairs are a bit steep, but you get used to it. The cleanliness of the hotel is at a very high level.
