The location. It is opposite the railway station so as base for starting a holiday using the train it is ideal. Same goes for a short Venice break as you can use the city card on the bus to the vaporetto stops at the Piazzale. But the buses are busy. The hotel serves a good breakfast and the desk staff are helpful. I have used it several times.

My room did not have a bedside lamp and the charge point for phone and toothbrush was awkwardly placed in the bathroom.and there was no wastepaper basket. It is all trivial and could be fixed.

Despite the room is very small, beds are confortable. The hospitality and the kindness of all the staff is amazing (they are very very respectull, patient and kind). They provide you towels and hairdriyer. The location and the breakfast are OUTSTANDING. Despite negative things mentioned below, I defenitely would stay in this hotel again. Recomended.

Bathroom was a kind of dirty. In the corners there were mildew. It does not have a hanging for the tower or a space to place bath stuff (like shampoo or soup). I didnt like the key (it has a huge keychain) and you have to leave it when you go out (i dont know if this is something positive - less risk to loose it-. The should update the key system. They fact that they control the heater from the reception.

All the people that have decided to book this hotel, all i can say is this choice is worth it. The location is great, near mein station of Venice, very comfy rooms including all the stuff that you need, breakfast included in price. And most of all, if this is going to be your first adventure in Venice, be sure that staff is always ready to help you in any way, and in everything they can possibly do for you. Very, very friendly staff, and homies, with a great sense of humor as well. All i can say is i am happy with my choice of choosing this hotel and i will surely be back. Thank you guys 🙏😊❤️

The location was just awesome. Being next to the main train station solves all the problem. Visiting Venice and coming back is so easy. 10 mins by train, and there are many of them. The staff was all nice and helpful. The director of the hotel is just amazing! So kind, friendly, generous, and more than helpful. The coffee serving and breakfast were great. The director helped us to find the best opportunities while exploring the city. Even he helped us finding the best option to get back to the airport. There is a restaurant just across the street, and all of the food was delicious. There are pros and cons of the hotel for sure, but I think the manager, staff, location and breakfast just eliminate them all.

Well, the hotel needs some time for renovation, I am sure other hotels in Venice is not different than this. Rooms were Ok, maybe a bit larger would be great but the building has its own limitations I guess. Our room was clean and no other odors than the room fragnant. Well the best thing is, you can open windows to get rid off it. However, when windows are opened, you are inviting mosquitos into the room. At night, before sleeping, we had to swat them. This is probably "the bugs" that bit people while sleeping mentioned in the other reviews

Location , across from train station & local bus . The airport bus was down the street , less than a 10min walk. The breakfast was very good , the emps extremely friendly.

With a room over looking the street & train station, it can get noisy from the car & bus traffic. Our room was an older one, the bed was comfortable but even with the windows closed, it sounded at times as if the windows were open. Must chk for bugs , not bed bugs, in bed because we did have some bug bites after our stay that appeared the night after we had left the property.

The location is very nice, in front of the train station that leads direct to venice st lucia. the staff were all very nice, the receptionist gave us very good trips to go direct to the airport.

the rooms werent very clean, and not with good smell. A little expensive for the facilities, but i guess its because of the city.

The location is very advantageous if traveling by rail. The hotel is right opposite the entrance to the station, especially nice when returning late from Venice. The price was a little high, but it's practically Venice. Very hospitable guys at the reception, they treated me to coffee and handed a bottle of water. The bed is comfortable, blackout curtains for a good night's sleep, there is even a very small fridge.

The air conditioning in the room work loudly. Wi-fi in the room could not be set up.

Sabbir and his team were wonderful. Our 3 night stay was an unexpected one as our flight home from Venice was cancelled but they looked after us and made us feel very welcome. The triple room was spacious and the beds very comfy. The buffet breakfast had a good choice and as always fresh. An excellent value for money property in a very good location.

Great location with super close proximity of both the train and bus stations. Comfortable room with balcony, clean and well maintained. Very good coffee at any time your heart desires it. And the most important aspect: very friendly and helpful staff, always asking if there is anything extra they could do for you. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel, and I will definitely recommend it to anyone.

Place is fantastic. Location really close to Triestre Central Station. It is ideal if you plan to cook some of your daily meals because the kitchen is great. I would recommend the place 10/10.
