Beautifully coloured property over 3 floors (our individual apartment was over 2 floors). Perfect location opposite a Michelin Starred Restaurant on the idyllic island of Burano. Very peaceful and quiet at night, very romantic surrounded by lovely restaurants, bars and bakeries. The views at sunset and sunrise are breathtaking. The property inside was spotlessly clean with a gorgeous bathroom and the comfiest big bed. Breakfast at Osteria Venissa was also spectacular, fantastic views walking through gorgeous gardens. Nicoló met us from the ferry port and took us to the property which is within walking distance. Communication with Casa Burano was great all the way through which made us both very relaxed. The whole stay felt like a dream and we would love to return. Big thank you for all at Casa Burano.

We stayed one night in this fantastic apartment. Communication with staff before our arrival was very friendly and professional. Petra picked up us at the boat stop with umbrellas in rainy day (very attentive) and we took small walk via center of Burano. Check-in was very quick and possible even earlier than avised. Room was perfectly clean and equipped. Shower, heating, window, door and incredible comfortable big size bed...everything in perfect condition and there was not any noise during night. Morning we took 10-15 min walk to Venissa Wine Resort for breakfast...and this was one of the best breakfasts we ever had. Everything homemade - bread, yogurt, kefir, juice, sweet bar...and the best scrambled eggs I ever had. Absolutely heaven. Thank you for this experience !!! Casa Burano is a beautiful original building with three different rooms located in the heart of Burano, about 10 minutes walk from Venissa on Mazzorbo island. Elegant from the first footfall inside, the room was expansive and comfortable for a short stay with an exceptional shower and tub as well as an incredibly comfortable bed. The downstairs tables are very useful for a snack or a little work--but the room is for lazing around when not visiting nearby Torcello or taking walks among these islands. Burano is a wonderful retreat from Venice proper but with Venissa so close for superb dinners and breakfasts, as well as lovely small places in Burano, you cannot miss the experience of feeling like you have found a secret--and do not want to leave!

We arrrived at midnight and the hotel arranged a water taxi for us and met us on the quay. The rooms was spacious with a lovely courtyard and tea and coffee and a fridge were available. Comfy bed and great location. breakfast at the hotel was fabulous and gluten free options were offered.

The staff knew we were arriving at midnight and it would have been helpful if they told us that everything would be closed so that we couldn't get any food or drink.

Really wonderful breakfast - everything fresh and homemade, attentive and thoughtful waiters too. There was a slight delay and miscommunication for check-in. The house was very airy and spacious. The soaps and shower gel were particularly lovely but the shower didn't get hot enough. Burano is very charming - we'd recommend purchasing the 3 day water taxi pass! No late night bars in Burano - everything seems to close around 8:30pm.

There was a bath in the room and we didn’t expect it, so was a very pleasant surprise

Breakfast was served in a different location, which is set up in a beautiful vineyard but it took us 15 minutes to get to it, and I don't think is ideal as per your first meal of the day if you consider you have to check out at 10.30

The room wasn't large but it was comfy with a terrace. The shower had nice pressure and room had a fridge and the common area for making tea and coffee. The breakfast is some 8min walk away in their award-winning brasserie. Breakfast food was tasty although selection could have been bigger.

We had a little stress about making it on time as their checkin time ended around 6pm and as this is an island with very limited dinner options it would have been nice to be able to check in around 8pm

Amazing location, staff and stay in general. Perfect place to visit the islands around Venice and have a dinner at Venissa ❤️

The only problem we had was related to temperature inside which was very high, probably because of a centralised heating

Absolutely loved Casa Burano! We upgraded our room to a Junior Suite with a steam room and it was fantastic! The interiors are beautiful and located in such a beautiful area. A real treat! We extended by one night as we loved it so much :)

A very unique experience in a wonderful location. The individual Casa’s are clean, bright with everything you need. A pleasant walk across the bridge and you are eating your breakfast in the vineyard. 100% recommend
