Everything was amazing! At this accommodation, you have a free option to borrow a two-wheel trolley with two or more sundecks and a sun umbrella, if you want to spend your time at the nearby very beautiful beach. Also, you can borrow free bikes with baskets and locks, directly from the host. Breakfast was simple and very tasty (croissants, ham, cheese, tomatoes, coffee, tea, pie, ...). Everybody at Locanda da Scarpa was extremely sweet and helpful. There is a local mini-market (Tomatto i proseco), very close to Locanda, which offers local wine (very good), olive oil, vegetables, and fruits,... Beach nearby Locanda da Scarpa is clean, with a lot of interesting shells, and it is also guarded by lifeguards and security men. Sand dunes in vicinity host protected flora and fauna and are also very interesting places to check out! :) There is very good restaurant nearby (O sole mio) and also the bufet on the beach had interesting meal options, even in September :)

The biggest supermarket and one grocery shop are within the Private Camping Area. The security staff disliked us entering the private camping area but we managed to sneak through.

We are really happy, that choosed this place. Room is very clean, amazing breakfast, super host( very kind and friendly). They have free trolley with sun umbrella and sunbeds, bicycles, wich is super comfort to ride around to seaside or around the city ) there is very good market close and small shop with wine and fruits/veggies, and some restaurants with tasty food)very nice garden with playground and place to seat and just enjoy evening.the sea not deep, very warm. We are really enjoyed our time there.

Quite location, good parking, and large gardens for relaxed evenings. Kids loved the dogs. Good choice for a night or 2 to see Venice. Staff were really great and helpful.

Deco was a little dated. Public transport to Venice and around are 25€ per person (children included)for a day pass. Plus, account for that you may also need to pay to enter Venice from this property.

I liked the accommodation, get to the hotel on foot or by bus to the campsite (I realized this later). We were gladly provided with bicycles for free movement around the peninsula. Lockable bikes included. you can safely go to the port on a boat or go to the beach. Near the port there is a parking lot for bicycles, where you need to lock it up. The department has breakfast (buffet). The room has a good air conditioner. The hotel is quiet and calm. who is tired of the hustle and bustle, this is the place for you.

the idea was to have the room as base to travel to Venice so the location was good ( 10min ish walking to the boat )

the restaurant/bar could be open. It was described that we will only have breakfast but since the place have some seating outside it would be great that we could seat outside at the end of the day having some drinks to relax but apart from this everything was as expected/described

The people are amazing, very nice and flexibel. We have a baby and they made everything a dream, by letting us stay a bit longer at checkout because he was sleeping, sending back home some items we have left there, amazomg breakfast with homemade tart, i will highly recommend the place.

Good location close to a beautiful beach and Venice ferry. Good breakfast and very helpful owner & staff, including the black cat supervising the breakfast. Everything was very clean.

The rooster at 4 am 😂 but it's also an agriturismo, and it's the rooster who's at home. Also the room & bathroom is rather retro (but as I said very clean).

Very friendly and helpful owner even though there was some language barrier. Cozy rooms that were cleaned every day. Tasty and fresh breakfasts. Great location (close to the ferry and a beach). Also animal friendly (and there already are friendly animals here).

Charming place with a lovely garden, about 10 minutes walk to the beach. Easy to find, quiet and clean, quick check-in and a very nice host. A lot of various tasty things to choose from for breakfast.

The pressure in the pipes is low so it takes a little while for the hot water to run but we didn’t mind waiting.
