It was really comfortable and spacious.

No breakfast as booked the self catering option, but we loved the location. Twenty something friends travelling to Italy for the first time and booked the two bedroom apartment - it was a great and affordable option for us that gave us the ease of travelling to the rest of Venice/Murano/Burano easily on the vaporetto, just a 5 min walk away. Having a beach barely ten mins walk away was a total bonus. The restaurants on Granviale are equally close, and there's a supermarket less than 5 mins.

Beds were a little firm but everyone has their preferences.

The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The courtyard is charming and peaceful — a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The location couldn’t be better, tucked away in a quiet spot, yet very close to all the main attractions. It truly feels like a place from a storybook. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the magic of Venice in an authentic and memorable way when travel by car

Excellent location close to the boat stop and to the beach + very quiet. Historic very nice building with nice terrasse to have breakfast (not included but with our stuff + coffee offered) and nice garden. Good wifi and air co. Very clean (every day). Owners very nice and helpful.

The room was more beautiful than in the photos. Check-in with the owner, so you need to agree on the time of arrival. Bed very comfortable. Everything was clean and the room was cleaned during my stay (which I didn't even need). The possibility of making coffee and tea in the room is very pleasant. The villa is very close to the vaporettos, but the neighborhood is quiet. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back here.

This is a good holiday place suitable both for exploring Venice city and going to the beach. Lido water bus station is in 5 minutes walk. The fastest water bus line is 5 which takes 10 minutes to Biennale gardens, 15 to San Marco square (Venice city center) and 40 to the railway station. There are also direct lines to the airport and to Burano (both take about 1 hour). Lido beach is in 10 minutes walk (free beach is some 5 minutes further away though). Food shop is just two buildings away and Lido main street with many restaurants is also only two small blocks away. The villa itself is in neo-Venetian-gothic style. The dining space has balcony, fridge and dishes. My room was comfortable, had its own private bathroom, air conditioning, kettle and coffee/tea supplies. All spaces are being cleaned daily. The hosts, Giorgio and his family, and also the cleaning maiden have been always very friendly and willing to discuss issues and provide help.

- We had the apartment downstairs and could sometimes hear some noise from the bed and breakfast upstairs - Not a lot of daylight in the apartment

The italian hosts are very lovely. GRAZIE MILE 🙏🏼 The location is perfect, 5 min away from boat bus station & in a beautiful palazzo neighbourhood. In the winter, there is heater. nearby, there is a supermaket : super practical.

Location is perfect, villa is beautiful, owners were really nice and didn’t bother us at all.

The only thing i can remember that was bothering was the water pressure in the shower. Besides that I don’t think that anything else bothered us.
