It’s a nice little hotel, in the centre of the town, close to everything. The staff is very nice, helpful. The room was a little bit small for us, but we managed. It was cleaned every day, and the minibar refilled (it’s free). The breakfast was good, however a little boring after three days (the same every day). We recommend this hotel, if you want to spend time on the beach, in Venice or in Lido, which is a very beautiful and quiet island, where you can relax after visiting Venice.

excellent value for money. everything just perfect and stunning views across the lagoon and st marks square, doges palace right in front. location is perfect to stroll over to the main avenue with all of the shops restaurants and bars. a bike to rent would be handy to go to the less crowded beaches like s nicolo on one end of the lido and alberoni on the other as well as coco beach just south of s nicolo which is at the northern tip. overall would strongly recommend and will come back. staff was super helpful and efficient.

From the moment we arrived by water taxi to the time we left by water taxi we had a wonderful time. We were met and greeted by a lovely receptionist who also happened to be there to say goodbye when we left to move onto the main Island We had a suite on the first floor which was fantastic. Our view from the windows looked over to the Lagoon Grand Canel. Breakfast was included and their was plenty to choose from. One evening we had a meal in house and sat outside overlooking the water. All the staff were great and very attentive. My husband and I would have no hesitation in recommending this Hotel to you all.

Location, ideal and most appropriate for first timers in Venice.

We asked for packed vegetarian breakfast on prior night due to our early connecting journey to Bolzano next morning, but what was supplied to us, we found very inadequate and disappointing. Only few packed processed confectionery items were given with handful of fresh fruits. No yoghurt, breads, cheese, nuts, juices/beverages or cakes were there although all of them are available in routine in house breakfast. Feel greatly defeated and the packed breakfast was not worth for my money.

Wonderful hotel, very well decorated, 100 mtrs from Lido Vaporetto station. (10 minutes boat to Venice). I stayed in a family suite overlooking the lagoon. It had 1 bedroom, a stay area with a sofa bed, both with TV, nice bathroom with amenities, a kitchenette (you have to pay 60 euros if you want to cook), a refrigerator with free sodas and water and beer. Also a coffeemaker with suplies. The decoration was very venetian. It also has an excellent buffet breakfast in a dining room with a view over the lagoon and Venice. It had the best cheesecake I ever ate. Lots of options! A short walk to Lido beach. Relationship price / quality was excellent. Very recommended. Cannot wait to go back again!!

I liked everything!!

We stayed in a Lagoon View Suite for a week in December. The view of the lagoon was wonderful with the panoramic Venice coastline. The suite was comfortable and very practical. Hotel extremely well located : close to waterbus and restaurants. All staff ( reception, breakfast, cleaning) were welcoming, discrete and aware of guests' needs. Nice varied well-presented breakfast buffet.

Everything perfect except plastic teaspoon melts in hot tea !

If you book the correct main front balcony room 215 second floor , view to Mark Square / Venice are stunning . The restaurant ,very good food & the view Highly recommend getting private water taxi from hotel to Marco Polo airport- reception will book it for you

Fantastic location near the vaporetto termknal and the main shopping/restaurant street. Venetian atmosphere in rooms, staircase and corridors. Super breakfast on the terrace. The service team in the restaurant is not quite up to speed, but the food is very good. Coffee maker and fridge in the room can be very useful.

As mentioned above, the eestaurant service team could be a bit more attentive. But all are friendly and helpful.. Rooms to the road are a bit loud. Value for money is ok.

The breakfast was amazing every morning plenty to choose from and always fresh and beautifully laid out. The toaster could do with being a bit hotter so you don’t have to put it through multiple times for it to toast but a small thing against the quality breakfast.

A more efficient toaster. The pillows are a bit hard perhaps need newer more fluffy ones. I was surprised the bar shut at 11 nightly and was not open at all on a Monday.
