The hotel is very close to the main ferry stop in the island of Lido. In the same street, there are a lot of restaurants and shops. It's a 10-15 minute walk away from the beach. The room was renovated and the bathroom was super new. The hotel breakfast was abundant and varied, could not even manage to try everything!

The air conditioning in the room and especially in the hallway was a bit too cold, and it was hard to regulate the temperature in the bedroom.

I had only positive impressions from my stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was both delicious and varied. All necessary amenities were provided, and the overall comfort exceeded expectations. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The hotel's location is extremely convenient — just a few minutes’ walk from public bus and water transport stops. Definitely a 10/10 experience! If I ever return to this area, I will gladly choose this hotel again. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We so preferred being off the main land the hotel is so close to the water taxi station other amenities like the shops and restaurants the beach is a lovely walk … everything you need for a lovely weekend in Venice Jacob was so lovely on reception We didn’t stay to much in our hotel just for sleeping and washing 😂 as we were out exploring but it was a good breakfast to set us up for the day and a hot shower and a good bed to rest on at night for us we didn’t need any or that a that so thank you 🤩

An old hotel at the Lido island in Venice. It takes around 5 minutes to walk to the water bus station which takes us to the main attractions in Venice in about 30 minutes. The buffet style breakfast is a great value, they have coffee, scrambled eggs, croissants and a lot more, definitely worth it! The staff were nice.

Since it's an old hotel, sound proofing is virtually non-existent. There was a large group of American teenage girls on the same floor as us and they were very loud at 11pm. Their adult supervisor was super drunk and super loud.

The cleanliness of the bathroom and room was really good. Hotel location is perfect - supermarket across the street, vaporetto stop 3min away and the whole street is full of decent restaurants and bars. Hotel staff is friendly.

The breakfast is okay but there are no vegetables at all so I had to buy at supermarket myself and food variety is the same every day. Also, the room isolation for noise is poor, and you will hear everything that is happening in the corridor or when neighbors are in the shower and flushing toilet.

I love to go to the beach after la biennale in summer when is really hot in Venice. The hotel is located 300 mts from vaporetto station, so in 15 minutes you are at giardini or San Marco. It has the charming of the hotels of other era. Very clean, super nice personal and excellent price-quality relation. lido is a very nice to stay, with more local flavor and air.

The staffs are really friendly and helpful and the location is amazing. It around 3 mins walk to the port where have direct bus boat to main island. It actually less walking to many places on the main island compare to live directly on the middle of main island where you have to walk a lot to tourism sightseeings. It also close to lido beach, around 10 mins walking.

Some facilities in my room are bit outdated and the single bed is not very big.

Great location, lovely staff, spacious room. All in all very good value. Great supply of towels and toiletries.

More vegan/vegetarian options for breakfast. Food mostly caters to carnivores.

The location was perfect. Central to the Lido cafes and bars and a moments walk to the ferry stop. Hotel was spotlessly clean which is always my priority over facilities. Staff friendly and accommodating. Strongly recommend this hotel.

Breakfasts not my thing but I'm plant based and gluten free so a fussy customer. They did offer gluten free options though and the pastries looked lovely if you eat them.

Laid-back seaside resort just opposite Venice. Good escape from all the tourists and the hustle and bustle of Venice, Excellent location with 150 meters to the ferry with direct access to Venice, Burano and Marco Polo airport. Promenade along the sea is situated by the hotel, as well as several restaurants, cafes, shops and a supermarket. English breakfast with scrambled eggs and the customary croissants and cakes. Recommend buying a 2 or 3-day pass with the ferry company to have free access to Venice and the islands. The room was cleaned every day even though we left quite late.

The room could have been slightly bigger.
