Excellent location: just a 5min walk to the beach and vaporetto stop, with plenty of cafés, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Friendly and helpful staff - always welcoming, ready to give advice, and quick to solve any issues. Breakfast is simple but tasty and sufficient: croissants, cheese, yogurts, and drinks. The room was clean and cozy, with simple but functional furniture. Our room had air conditioning (we didn’t use it, but it was nice to know it was available), a TV, and complimentary toiletries (soap and shampoo), very convenient if you forget to bring your own. The hotel has an elevator, which makes carrying luggage much easier. Some street noise can be heard, but closing the window ensures a perfectly peaceful rest. Great value for money overall.

The interior is a bit dated, although it doesn’t affect comfort. Breakfast could be a little more varied.

Keep in mind this is only 2* hotel. Was scared about mixed reviews. Hotel is clean, is silent, good for the price. Perfect location. Nice baby cot. There is a lift Amazing workers Hotel has big potential maybe just invest in it more? I would stay again.

Same breakfast option everyday. Would be better if people could choose as a buffet style what they want. For me personally the options were too big to eat and because there is no fridge I just had to left it there to be trashed. What a waste of food. No mini fridge no kettel in the room. If you dont want to invest in this for every room, just have one big fridge, electric kettel and maybe microvawe in the room where breakfast is, so people could use it during the day. Buy hand waight for luggages and give it to receptionist so people could waight there luggages before flying back home. Maybe install little ramp on one side of the first stairs so people get to the lift more comfortable. Very different quality of bathroom in every room.

This is such a welcoming hotel, with great breakfast and super friendly and helpful staff. It is especially suited for staying with family, with simple yet convenient rooms. It is very easy and quick to go to Venice, Murano, Burano etc. using the vaporetto water-bus system. Lido is a great place to relax, with ample restaurants and bars, and a very large sandy beach (most of it is private beach, though, where you need to rent a place; the free beach is all the way north, but still very nice). You can go for a stroll, finding some historic and festival-related buildings, and discover the market on the waterside.

My wife Helen, left her wedding ring in our hotel room and didn’t notice it was missing until we were on the plane home. She called the hotel and Helena from reception emailed back very quickly that she’d found it - just as the plane started taxiing. After some back and forth with officialdom, Helena established that the only way to send the ring back to UK was by courier. This was organized and she is now waiting for it to be delivered. We want to express our utmost thanks to Helena, Alessio and any of the other staff who assisted in getting her wedding ring back to her. Their service has been outstanding and goes above and beyond what is expected. Again our greatest thanks to all who helped. Also the hotel is clean and comfortable and was very convenient for the Vaporettos to Venice. A great breakfast is included.

No coffee making facilities in the room

I always stay on Lido di Venezia when visiting Venice. One boat - Alilaguna (15 euro) - direct from the airport. Ordinary people live on Lido, so the focus isn't totally on exploiting tourists! Some great local restaurants close to this hotel, packed with locals! The hotel is about 6 minutes' walk from the vaporetti/Alilaguna stop. It's on the main street which cuts across the island - the lagoon with vaporetti stops at the west end and the beach and the Adriatic Sea ten minutes walk to the east side. People tend to eat dinner early - restaurants fill up from about 18.30. The hotel provides a filling continental breakfast. Unlimited juce and bean-to-cup coffee, cereal, milk, yogurt, bread, cheese, boiled eggs, ham, rolls, jam, butter, crispbread, fruit, croisanrnt (called cornetto in Italy). No need for lunch! 24 hour access in a very safe area.

Really friendly and helpful team, super hospitality, everyone made us feel very welcome! Excellently located hotel, comfortable and great value. Walking distance to the water taxis, beach and shops. Great communication throughout the booking, we enjoyed our healthy breakfast to start the day and a big thank you to Nabil and the Team for helping us with our queries, going above and beyond, making it a very pleasant stay and lovely holiday on the Lido.

Location is very comfortable for you . You can reach to HOTEL approximately 5min from Lido ship port by walk. In addition, you would access quickly to supermarket and some Italian restaurants , other kind of shop . Reception also very kindnesses .If you can not speak Italian and English .Don’t worry . Reception member will support for you by translating. I was impressed by efforts of reception . In conclusion, this Hotel is very comfortable . Just one tip from me. If you usually hesitate to rise step. I recommend, you request to low floor in advance .

If you want to require luxury and new one. You should choice another Hotel.Because ,I think this Hotel target is ordinary one who would feel comfortable and kindness.

The hotel was in a fabulous location, just 5/7 minutes walk from the water bus. The rooms are comfortable and cosy. We had a small balcony that looked out onto the main street. The hotel and rooms were very clean. Towels provided. The breakfast was typical continental with fruit, yoghurt, and croissants. Started at 8-10. There were plenty of restaurants and small shops close by. The hotel was around an hour ( on the water bus) from the airport and 25-40 ish minutes into Central Venice. I would most definitely book this hotel again.

The water was ice cold 1 out of 2 days. Apparently, there was an issue. It was resolved by day two, luckily. They could possibly start breakfast earlier, 8 seems a little late when you either have to check out early to travel home or want to explore early doors.

A wonderful hotel with friendly staff! We were surprised with the level of service we got. This definitely should be a 3 star hotel, not 2. The location is superb, staff speaks English, our room was clean. Will definitely come back here again.

Breakfast was good, the only tiny drawback was that you can not see Breakfast options and have to rely on written description. We tried both choices sweet and savoury and they were both nice. Apart from that everything was superb!

Booked double room with breakfast. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. All proposed amenities were there with a locker. The breakfast was good. Usual European breakfast. The place is very much accecible from the main Lido beech as well as the ferry connecting to Burano or st Marco.Iwalking distance and the neighborhood is good enough.

The bed is not a double bed. It's 2 single beds joined together. Not even one mattress. It's 2 single mattresses. So for a couple who like to have one double bed is not very good. Also the beds are very light and keep on moving in simple movement. Just to mention, there is no balcony unless someone get the room for 4.
