The room was clean, spacious with ensuite shower room. It was a bit dark in the shower and could do with a bit more lighting but the shower quality was more than adequate. Rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels and a large bottle of water every day. There is a free safe in the room. Breakfast was basic but again adequate. Freshly made rustic scramble eggs were delicious and there were a selection of cheeses, meats toast and jam etc. Staff were very friendly and also very helpful. I would thoroughly recommend the private water taxi to and from the airport. It was amazing. felt like James Bond coming into town and it dropped us off outside our hotel.

I thought it was a bit pricey at £200 a night

Room was fairly basic but had everything we needed including a safe, mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and a fab view over the lagoon and to Venice. Bed was really comfortable and the room was very clean. During the hours of around 11pm - 7am everywhere became very quiet which meant you got a great sleep. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and tasty. Location of hotel is fab. It’s close to restaurants and shops and literally over the road from the vaporette dock for the boats to Venice, the islands and airport. Staff were very friendly.

Only minor point was the bathroom was a little small in my room. It wasn’t a problem for me but could be for anyone of a larger build. However, not all the rooms have a small bathroom as the one my mum stayed in was fine.

It really feels like home, staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated right in front of boat station, market is very close just behind the corner. There is always hot water and working kettle with cookies, honey and variety of tea downstairs. Bed is very comfortable. Francesca has greeted me and gave very detailed information concerning my stay. Breakfast is really good.

To open the inner door with a code you have to use both hands at the same time, sometimes difficult especially when you have bags in hands :)

● Decent selection of breakfast ● Nice place for breakfast ● Clean room and new-looking bathroom ● Constant supply of clean towels, even the little soaps and shower gels were resupplied at one point ● AC worked perfectly, keeping the room cold, with various modes and temperatures ● Small fridge on room helped with small dinners ● Aperol Spritz with snacks and sometimes bruschetti prepared relatively cheaply during every day happy hours at evenings ● Helpful staff, navigated us to the beach and where to bike ● Long walk from free beach, but directly in front of boat station - one could say more oriented for trips to Venice, but we didn't mind the walk to free beach either ● Next to main street packed with restaurants, ice cream shops, bars and even with one very good shop for groceries, hygienic supplies etc.

○ Room could be labeled too small. Nothing that bothered us. It had decent amount of furniture and on proper vacation you are either relaxing on bed reading, surfing web and sleeping or outside exploring Venice and swimmming, so small room should hardly ever be big problem to any normal vacationer. We never felt like we lacked space and there was two of us in the room. I just felt like pointing it out for some people.

Alice on reception was incredible- so kind, friendly and attentive; she made our stay so pleasurable. The blonde lady who prepared our breakfasts daily, was so kind, helpful and attentive; breakfast was a great start to every day and such pleasurable experience with outside dining available in the hotels beautiful courtyard garden. The hotel was perfect location to explore town and the shops & restaurants Lido has to offer and amazing when you’ve had a long day exploring other areas on Venice on the vaperetto to just walk a couple of metres to relax at home (the hotel) after a long, busy, jam packed day! Perfect!

Walls are very thin /little sound proofing (but you’re rarely in the room so not too much of a big deal)

Quaint hotel right at the port side of Lido, where you can take a ferry to any of Venice's islands. Rooms are nice, though a bit on the smaller side, staff is friendly. Close to the main street of Lido where all the restaurants and shops are located. 15min walk from the beach area.

The shower was a bit on the smaller side, with a quite low water pressure. An extra rack to hang clothes or towels on would be nice. But apart from that, quite alright.

The location was excellent, the hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped for our stay. All our requests were handled with priority.

Unfortunately we didn't know in advance there was no elevator in the hotel. In case of leg medical issues, it's difficult to reach the top floor on the stairs several times during the day.

Good value for money! We have stayed in March for 3 nights and it was perfect for what we needed in our city break with a toddler, just across the vaporetto station. Breakfast was good, room and bathroom were very clean and the stuff very helpful and nice. We will recommend the hotel to our friends for sure and we will choose the hotel once more in case of returning to Venice. Lido island is very nice, it gives you a nice feeling, clean and quite, very different from Venice city. I liked it very much.

Breakfast could have been more diversified. It was the same every day, but it was ok in the end.

This hotel exceeded our expectations from every point of view. A small and cozy hotel with vintage decorated rooms but very comfortable and clean. Our room was cleaned every day and our towels changed even though we haven't asked specifically for it. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of options. The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped us with an online check-in after our flight was delayed and we couldn't make it to the hotel before the closing time of the reception. Location was right in front of the waterbus station so very convenient with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. Will definitely return to this hotel the next time we plan to visit Venice. Also the pictures here on Booking are not updated. The hotel looks so much better in reality, especially the breakfast area.

This hotel has an excellent location, just across from vaporetto stop. Many cafes and restaurants around, beautiful walks around the neighbourhood.

A lot of businesses were closed for the season (we were there the last week of November). But on a positive note, because of the low season, there were no lines up in Venice to visit palaces, museums, or galleries. It would be almost impossible in summer.
