Nice, comfortable hotel in a good location with its own parking space. Close to the vaporetto station and the beach. The staff is very kind and helpful. Good breakfast, excellent coffee.

The internet was a bit slow and the shower in our room was too small but that did not ruin our overall experience of the hotel which was super.

24/7 reception team - friendly, efficient and informative before and during our stay. The hotel’s red facade made it easy to find in a quiet area, one road back from the main street S. Maria Elisabetta, yet only a few minutes walk to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. We appreciated the elevator to our 3rd floor modern super clean attic room, more airy / spacious than expected. There was a kettle with tea/coffee and the welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. Very comfortable firm orthopedic beds with quality white sheets. Super 7.30-10 am breakfast buffet (cereal, yoghurt, fruit, pastries, cakes and bread plus eggs, bacon, cold meats, cheese etc.) overlooking the garden terrace. At Marco Polo Airport we purchased €45 3-day ACTV tickets (Venice Travel Pass) + €13 Aerobus return (line 5) to/from Piazzale Roma to connect with vaporetto (water bus) 5.1 to Lido then 8 minute walk to hotel. Vaporettos offered convenient and cost effective travel from Lido to San Marco (16 min), less touristy districts and to the islands of Burano, Murano and San Giorgio for super views from the tower. A fabulous and good value stay on all counts.

Love this place and really enjoyed my stay in this beautiful Hotel; Guys from reception were extremely helpful and very friendly, allowed me to stay extra hour before check out; Room was clean and in great order; Very comfortable bed; All necessary toiletries and everything else in the cute bathroom; Excellent breakfast to start the day with; Only 20 min water ride from the Piazza San Marco, but very relaxed and quite place - Lido Island; Lots of nice and quality ice cream shops, bars and restaurants (not cheap, but worth trying and reasonable for high season); Nice outside terrace to have your breakfast on fresh air, or have a chat with other guests, or simply to stay alone.

Great location, inbetween the Lido beach and the access to the boats (vaporettos) to travel to Venice main island. Staff were super friendly and attentive, they always tried to help with all our requests. Breakfast was great and complete. Rooms are modern, spacious and with good air conditioning!

Good location (10 min to the beach and in fewminutesfrommultiplerestaurantsandsupermarket). Super helpful staff, they are available 24/ 7. Good breakfast. Clean room with air conditioning.

The nose isolation isn't good. The room itself isn't appropriate for people higher than 180 (the attic room). They also ask you to share the credit card details in handwritten note, which was not convenient for me (considering the safety aspect of personal information storage).

The location was excellent. The staff was very helpful. Enjoyed the 3 hours free bike ride. The breakfast was good for a continental breakfast. The breakfast service was excellent. Could not fault. They remembered my preferences from the first day. Did not expect that.

The room at the top floor had a very low ceiling near the desk and I found very hard to remember to keep my head down. So if you are a tall person, remember to ask for a lower floor room.

The room was very nice and comfortable, with a bathroom inside. The breakfast was reasonable. The hotel’s location is great to visit Lido, and it is also in 5 minutes walk distance to the harbour, where you can take boats to go to Venice (less than 20 minutes to San Marco), Murano and the airport.

It was excellent size of the room with 4 really comfortable beds and bed linens. We were welcomed by complimentary bottle of Prosecco. Bathroom was great with lovely soft towels. A great variety and selection of food and fruits for breakfast. Location was also good, secluded but close to beach and restaurants.

Even though were on the top floor there were still mosquito during the night.

The hotel is very well located, in the quiet street but also very close to the boat station. The room is spacious, clean. Comfy beds. The staff is very friendly! They have even offered us the bottle of spumante on arrival. Lovely place to stay in Venice.

The shower is a little small, it could be an issue for a big sized person.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was for four, including two teenage children and was very spacious, clean and little extras like slippers and so on. Excellent location for walking around the Lido.
