Very clean rooms. Nice and friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast, fresh. Mortadella and some cheeses, boiled eggs, croissants and some sponge cakes, bread, butter, jam and chocolate spread, cereals and milk, no vegetables tho. Good coffee. Very close to a lot of restaurants and caffès. 10 min walk (slow pace) to the Lido beach. Same towards the vaporetto.

Nothing. What could be improved (but as stated it is already diverse) is the diversity of the breakfast. Add some vegetables, make an omelette.

Staff is always very nice, friendly and forthcoming, helping with every question you have, the rooms are very clean. I've been staying here 2 times now and everything was good. The breakfast is small but always more than enough for everybody, restocking everything to the last minute, i appreciate that! Very well located at Lido, the rooms are cosy and small but have everything you need. I did even rent a bike this time. I will be coming again :)

We had a very nice stay. The staff was very welcoming. The room had enough space, a tiny balcony. Breakfast was a very nice relief as they ensured to have gluten and lactose free options. They gave us a separate basket with bread, muffins and crackers. There were boiled eggs, ham, fruit. cheeses, mlk. yogurt, cereals and crossaints or breads for everyone.

The ventilation was quite bad so I had to keep the window open. No coffee station in the room.

Clean and comfortable hotel away from the hustle and bustle of central Venice. Very easy to get to and just a short walk from the water-bus. Charming and welcoming staff. Not the most modern rooms but not at all scruffy. Breakfast was basic but filling, great if you like fresh pastries for breakfast. Even here the staff was very friendly.

Nothing bad to say. Breakfast could have a less sweet option for muesli.

Spacious room and bathroom in wonderful colours, very comfortable bed, very clean, a big terrace with a beautiful view over island and lagoon. The beach, restaurants and vaporetto are just near by! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the breakfast, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and the air conditioning in the room was amazing after the hot summer days in Venice. The location is good if you want a quieter area - around a 10 minute walk from the water bus station and it had several cafes, restaurants and grocery stores within easy walking distance.

The room with the large balcony was great, a good place to relax after a long day. The food was good, a little bit lacking in variety. The entire hotel is clean, although the bathroom could be renovated and shower curtains replaced with new one. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were replaced with fresh ones.

I loved that it was a short walk from the Lido Boat dock to the hotel. And the bed was really comfortable. We stayed in 3 star hotels our entire trip in Italy. This hotel had the most comfortable bed.

The only issue was the shower doors closed weirdly, and water tended to leak on the floor unless we were really careful. Other than that, our room perfectly met our needs.

I recommend to stay on the Lido island away from the crowds. The vaporetto is 10 minutes away on foot. The staff is very friendly and the front desk is attended 24/7. Excellent value for money. Breakfast okay.

Not much. I think that the WiFi was a bit overloaded in the morning.

Everything that we needed for the stay was completely provided for even on short notice including all toiletries. We booked, and checked in the exact same day which was a fantastic turn around time for the hotel. The hotel is very conveniently placed within Lido with a short 10 minute walk between the hotel and all transportation links to the center of Venice. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly providing excellent service throughout the day, and always there to greet you.

We honestly found it very hard to find an issue with the hotel, however in previous hotels we have stayed at, there have been complimentary teas/coffees within the rooms however these werent provided for in this instance.
