Location perfect, overlooking a canal. In a nice residential area with beautiful homes. Terrace with awning faced west so, best enjoyed in the morning and after sunset. Nice breakfast every morning with granola and yogurt. Ac was comfortable. The hotel has bikes, but the charge was too high. We rented from another dealer for less and the bikes were in better shape. This would be a super plus feature if offered at a good rate, like 5 euros/ day. We biked all over Lido and it was delightful.

We stored sandwiches for our travel day in the refrigerator which was quite warm. No dial for adjusting it. We had to discard them. Overpriced bike rental.

The hotel was beautiful, and the room was spacious and super, super clean, with comfortable beds. Located in minutes from the vaporetto stop, I had easy access to everything. The staff were all very kind, friendly, and helpful, going above and beyond to make your stay easier 😊 . All hotel areas were taken good care of and were very clean.The breakfast had good variety . A really memorable stay and a very, very happy customer

Cozy atmosphere and excellent service We stayed for 3 days and were very pleased. The room was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest details. Breakfast was satisfying, fresh, and varied. A special mention goes to the staff: very courteous, polite, and professional — they created a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. A great place for a comfortable and quiet stay. Highly recommended!

Very clean rooms. Nice and friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast, fresh. Mortadella and some cheeses, boiled eggs, croissants and some sponge cakes, bread, butter, jam and chocolate spread, cereals and milk, no vegetables tho. Good coffee. Very close to a lot of restaurants and caffès. 10 min walk (slow pace) to the Lido beach. Same towards the vaporetto.

Nothing. What could be improved (but as stated it is already diverse) is the diversity of the breakfast. Add some vegetables, make an omelette.

We had a very nice stay. The staff was very welcoming. The room had enough space, a tiny balcony. Breakfast was a very nice relief as they ensured to have gluten and lactose free options. They gave us a separate basket with bread, muffins and crackers. There were boiled eggs, ham, fruit. cheeses, mlk. yogurt, cereals and crossaints or breads for everyone.

The ventilation was quite bad so I had to keep the window open. No coffee station in the room.

Staff is always very nice, friendly and forthcoming, helping with every question you have, the rooms are very clean. I've been staying here 2 times now and everything was good. The breakfast is small but always more than enough for everybody, restocking everything to the last minute, i appreciate that! Very well located at Lido, the rooms are cosy and small but have everything you need. I did even rent a bike this time. I will be coming again :)

The vibe of the room and building, the art, the colours, the personnel, very comfortable beds, big room, etc...

The mosquitos in the night:) one night I slept with the windows open and some mosquitos entered and buzzed all night. The walls are not very well sound isolated and you can hear the people walking from the above floor. But these were not big issues from my side.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! Very friendly and helpful staff, peaceful and safe location, and great connection to Venice’s main attractions – just a short vaporetto ride to St. Mark’s Square. The hotel is charming, clean, and comfortable. A perfect place to relax away from the crowds but still close to everything. Would definitely stay again!

Clean and comfortable hotel away from the hustle and bustle of central Venice. Very easy to get to and just a short walk from the water-bus. Charming and welcoming staff. Not the most modern rooms but not at all scruffy. Breakfast was basic but filling, great if you like fresh pastries for breakfast. Even here the staff was very friendly.

Nothing bad to say. Breakfast could have a less sweet option for muesli.

Nicely designed hotel, comfortable room, close to restaurants and the beach. Good breakfast.

Parking is in the yard of the hotel, but you will need to leave the keys at the reception for them to move cars due to very small parking area. However, plenty parking slots in the street nearby that do not require moving and cost 8 eur per day.
