the neighbourhood and surrounding cafes, lovely relaxed atmosphere. The garden is stunning, the breakfast served lovely coffee and home made cakes, eggs, ham, and cheese. the room had very good bathroom and was very comfortable, fresh and clean. there were cooking workshops and craft workshops to take part in. something special, to learn more about the culture. one of the most beautiful things about Venice I think are the artisan workshops.

breakfast room for bad weather seemed a little small. normally in good weather there was seating on the terazza in the beautiful garden.

Breakfast was excellent—homemade pastries, fresh-squeezed juice, and a nice selection of ham and cheese. The staff were very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. While the room was a bit dated, it matched the photos and was comfortable, with the bonus of both a bathtub and a walk-in shower. The location is fantastic—perfect for exploring the city and also close to the beach.

As soon as we arrived to villa Ines we were stunned by how beautiful the B&B looked, definitely exceeded our expectations! My partner and I had a very warm welcome from the hosts and where shown to our room. The hosts made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. We also would like to say the breakfast was amazing everything presented beautifully and also very fresh food. We will definitely be back again, couldn’t be more happier with our experience. Everything!! The location is perfect - close to shopping and very nice restaurants. It’s within walking distance to the ferry and buses. The staff is very helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The hotel room is quiet, and the bed is super comfortable, with nice linens and soft pillows. The property grounds are lush with beautiful flowers and plants. For us, an extra plus is that the property is super pet friendly!

Absolutely wonderful! It is a detached country house with a gorgeous layout and a relaxing atmosphere. First class room, well maintained with thoughtful touches. The host was lovely and first class. Perfect location for exploring Lido and taking care of the linen.

This place is magical. It has a wonderful garden and a terrace, where you can have breakfast (for 15 Euro p.person) between flowers and the staff is super friendly! We felt very welcome from the start. Our room had a cute little balcony. It is located central in lido. It is just a few minutes walk to the waterbus, Cafés and restaurants. We spend one day in lido and visited Venice for two days from lido. It is very convient to get there by the waterbus, to the first stop in venice It is only a few minutes. The waterbus ticket is with 45 euros for 3 days quite expensive though, but you can use all public transport. There are a few little dogs running around in the garden, they are friendly, but bark at people now and then, so if you are afraid of dogs you might consider this. We had a lovely stay, thank you so much!

This place is really great to stay. We were here in March when the price per night was reasonable. It's relaxing,quiet and beautiful place. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast is delicious. I chose it according to the ratings and review and I can confirm too with positive review. There was kettle in the room which is great bonus.

Beautiful house, fine area. Location great near Lido beach, cozy restaurants and good shops around. Bathroom was big.

Room was really tiny. A week there was not a good idea for two people. Breakfast was not included in Booking. com so the price was higher. We didn’t see the staff at all, only a cheerful and helpful cleaning lady from Philippines.

Great place! Wonderful villa and garden. We really appreciated our stay there, the breakfast was really good. The place is very well located, close to the boat station and many restaurants nearby.
