The hotel is located in a great place at Lido (except of the access to sea, mentioned below), the complex has a pool and a garden which was great! Our apartment was much bigger than we expected and quite comfortable. There was a cleaning service every day which we appreciated. The corner for cooking is just basic, one of the heaters did not work, it seemed it was not much planned for a "big" cooking. The apartment was cosy and clean, it is obvious it was opened as a luxurious place some years ago but nobody cares much about repairs and maintenance. Great deal anyway!

Well, there was just one totally disapointing moment :( The hotel is really located just opposite the beach but that beach is private, which means just to enter you need to pay insane money ...and if you look surprised that you should pay about 70EUR just to swim for a while the staff of this "private beach" starts to be aggresive and urging you to walk to "public beach" which is about 1,5 km far away and full of people. Kind of crazy idea that almost all Lido beaches can be "private" and so extremely overprized. In fact a kind of general feeling in Venice compared to other Italian cities - services are extremely expensive and locals tend to be a little bit aggresive if you don´t pay immediately and with a bright smile...

Clean, great location (great for a week because of the beach across road, the pool and the nice local restaurants. Much better to not be in central Venice all week and the waterbuses go every 10/15 mins and take only 20 mins to get to S Marco for only 18€ each for unlimited use for the week), lovely pool, room was good, staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location. Quirky, comfortable, and clean 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with a private roof terrace and a lovely communal garden/pool area. It's a 10-minute walk from the Lido SME vaporetto station, a 2-minute walk from a beach bar and beach club, and 5 minutes away from local bars, shops, and restaurants. Peaceful vibe. Helpful, professional staff. Would stay again when returning to Venice.

excellent location. not far from lido ferry station (10 min walking distance). very close to the beach. nice gardens. small apts. with bathrooms, living and small terrace (if at 1fs floor) or nice garden (at ground). beds comfortable. nice staff could be an excellent place, if only they upgrade some forniture

forniture (few old style, some just old), fridge door not working well. not cooling food. sofa quite old. the rest has old style but can still work. moquette (when you enter the room there is a light smell of old forniture and moquette) cleaning not good enough. some hair around and dusty in the corners and under the table. asked to clean it better, they said yes, but never did. I had no time to remind it. coffe machine supposed to be in every room. overall very nice place with details to improve

Location is great. The beach is across the road and Lido center is less than 15 minutes walk (and then you can take a boat and be in San Marco in 15 minutes). The landscaping is wonderful. The pool was very nice. The rooms are spacious. The hotel was rather empty and given its size we hardly saw other guests.

There are very few staff members. Only one receptionist is on duty (and only between 08:30-20:30), The receptionists are nice and friendly but given their workload their response time may be slow, and things may be forgotten. There is no restaurant/bar in the premises, and you can either order a take out, cook or go elsewhere. It appears that the hotel may do well with some renovation and rejuvenation. All that being said - we enjoyed a serene and relaxed vacation, "out of time".

I love that the hotel was spacey. There were only 2 of us, but the hotel has 2 rooms. It also has stove and cutlery and other dini g amenities, so we always make our own breakfast. Only 2 mins walk to the beach, great for summer. 10 min to the waterbus station.

I think because its spring, the pool is still on maintanance. They also dont give us enough cofee, but you can easily come to the receptionist to ask for more.

Lovely, safe, quiet location. 10 minutes walk to Vaporetto, 5 minute walk to beach . Elegant neighborhood, very friendly, helpful staff ( Ms King) Easy to reach Piazza San Marco by vaporetto within 15-20 minutes away. Good bars, cafes & shops nearby. Grounds well kept, pools were closed for the winter season (Oct) Rooms/ suite well furnished, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, cozy living room with little kitchette & private rooftop patio. Perfect for a family or couple, so nice & quiet

Receptionist on arrival was insistent I read the rules or face a 50 euro fine for not washing up. This was very off putting and not the welcome I expect having already paid 800 euro to stay. It was frankly ridiculous and offensive as the plates were in fact dirty and the coffee machine did not work properly. I had to clean on arrival and departure perhaps I should have asked for a 50 euro refund.

Very quite and calm, the resort is by the beach, not crowded. The staff is very friendly, check-in easy. We got a much bigger apartments than we have booked- with several bedrooms and bathrooms, small kitchen and a garden. That was a nice surprise! A great option for those, who don’t want to over-pay staying in Venice, since with the water buses are it takes a 15 minutes ride to Venice center. And to have a beach and feel like in a resort!

There was no hot water when we arrived, but the staff fixed it immediately.
