Very well maintained property. The staff is really good and welcoming. It was my husbands birthday and they provided some desserts as well. Very nice people. The room is so clean and nice and well decorated. You get everything like coffee, tea bags, kettle, fridge, coffee machine, water. It look more like an Airbnb than a hotel. So it’s like somewhere you get all the comforts of an Airbnb with all benefits of a hotel. Loved it. The property is located in the Lido island which is really a dreamy location. People are nice and food is amazing.

We liked everything about the property. If you have early morning flights from airport then probably will be a struggle as there is a bit of travel.

The apartment was nice, clean, the lady who was there was nice, helpful, she gave us water every day, also provided coffe for the whole stay. We decided in the last moment that we need a baby bed, (after midnight when we arrived) and she immediately brought up one for us(totally new). We recommend the place, we have nothing to complain about! 😊

We "randomly" arrived there after our hotel in the center of Venice canceled our booking at the last minute. It was my birthday and I really wanted to celebrate it with some sea bathing and I thought why not spending a weekend on the Lido then... And that was a great idea! Ca Nart is perfectly located on the island, which we enjoyed both on bikes and on foot, and the room offered was very spacious and comfortable, something one would not expect in Venice! Thank you Ca Nart, I wish we will have more occasion to stay at your place:-)

It was a walking distance from the beach and the centre of Lido. Our host, Federica was nice and careful. Free coffee and some refreshments in the fridge have been waiting for us. We asked to change bed linen and towels once. It was a great surprise that we received not only fresh bed linen and towels but some presents (snacks, refreshments etc.) as well. Hospitality at its top.

Nice guest house in Lido. Lido is a very nice and quiet place where hou can stay and relax. The apartment was close to the public beach, which is very clean and pleasant. Sweet hostess who was very helpful introducing some nice places to eat and drink. The bedroom was spacious with high ceiling, nice lights, and big windows. The bathroom was also very big. Also the cleaning service was fantastic.

The bed could bemore comfy. The sheet/blanket on the bed was made of very rough fabric. The mat was fine. The facilities in the bathroom were a little old. The tiles around the bath had tiny spots if mold, not a big deal, though. The room is on the second floor with no elevator, the hostess offered to help with the luggage, which is nice, but if you're physically disabled and/or have lots of heavy luggage, you should also take that into account.

Quiet apartment on Lido - 15 mins walk from the main street with numerous restaurants and also the water taxi jetty over to Venice or the airport Big bedroom and great commincation from host.

Very basic room for the money. There was an issue with ants in the room - but it was sorted very quickly.

The hotel apartment was situated very well, close to the beach. It was equipped with airconditioning and the rooms were light and cosy. It was easy to take the Vaporetto boats to Venice, and it was nice to stay at the Lido when one day tourists left the small island.

There was a lot of dust under the beds, but the rest was clean enough.

Ca Nart is a perfect place to stay when you visit Lido di Venezia. The staff is lovely, you get a lot of recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. They take really care of you. The room is nice with enough space for three people. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was bigger than I thought and had actually 2 rooms. The bed in the main room was so comfortable, and there was a table I actually could work from. The place was walkable to everywhere on the island. The internet worked great. The beach was one short block away! The buildings were beautiful..

Perfect position of the accomodation in order to explore the islands! It´s close to many bus stops, which take you to the harbour. Room is very spacy and provides everything you need. The place is quiet and provides sufficient privacy. Large comfortable bed. Federica is very nice and helpful person, gives a lot of info about places to visit, boat services, restaurants...

There´s no elevator, you have to walk the stairs, it was no problem for us, but it might be for someone else (but Federica is there for you to help you with the luggage)
