When I booked this hotel, one reviewer described this hotel as "homely" and I think that this is a good description. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. The staff are excellent - and they helped me practice my Italian language. The bathroom in the room I had was renovated, and it was a good size. There was plenty of hot water, and as it was a humid time of year I requested new towels daily, which the team were happy to swap over (note: like all hotels nowadays, there is the option to 'hang up you towel to dry and not have the towels replaced'). There was a small bar fridge in the room. The large window allowed plenty of nature daylight and fresh air into the room. I stayed in a small double room, as a single traveller, but with a suitcase in the room this limited the available space around the bed, so I would recommend a larger room for two people. The hotel is 3 bus stops from the vaporetto dock.

Although comfortable, the bed was quite low (it may have had a low profile base). The room was near to the reception, and it was possible to hear people speaking as they returned to the hotel each evening, however once everyone had settled the hotel was quiet.

My room and the bathroom felt fresh and clean even though the furnishings were rather dated. The bed was reasonably comfortable and nice to have a small double in a single room even though it occupied most of the space.. The location is very close to bus routes and the beach and a fifteen minute walk to the ferry terminal. I booked it as a budget room and it was excellent for the price.

The reception area and corridors look as if nothing has been changed or updated in years. My bedroom had been rearranged to fit a larger bed resulting in odd spaces around the door and wardrobe.

Room was clean, tidy and exactly what I needed. Albeit small it had everything I needed and great value for Money. Cannot emphasise the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. An ideal place to stay in Lido, half hour into city of venice. Does what it says on the tin

Room was slightly smaller than I expected but in honesty I didn't comb through the listing for too long. Besides that everything was great.

The hotel was what I expected for a 3-star hotel, the staff were nice and accommodating and offered helpful local tips on getting around, the location was really easy because of the good bus service in Lido, the location was quiet and residential, there was a refrigerator in the room that was just what I needed, I asked for an electric kettle and tea service, no problems, the a/c worked well, hot water was good. It was clean, basic, and I did not lack for anything.

I was surprised dogs could stay at the hotel, but that did not really bother me

Very good value for money and we were lucky to have one of the best room with terrace/balcony. Room is maintained every day. Nice staff, good breakfast. Very kind staff, dog friendly place, lovely location, free parking on the street 20 meters away, we stayed longer than expected :), short walk to the beach, walkable distance to the center. Beautiful neighbourhood. Very affordable if you want to explore Venice, Lido and rest of the islands for more than couple days. Hope to come back soon and thank you :)

The staff at the Villa Tiziana were very friendly and helpful, both before I arrived and during my stay. They certainly seemed to have experience of what travellers need. There was something for everyone at breakfast. The hotel is the perfect location for catching some of the atmosphere of the Venice Film Festival. Buses are frequent and nearby. The rooms were clean and pleasant.

It is probably time for re-furbishment and re-decoration- stair carpet and bed linen were a bit tired looking.

This was almost perfectly situated between the Vaporetto station and the beach. It was very easy for us to walk to both! The room was incredibly spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The front desk help was thorough and friendly, and it also offered a tasty breakfast!

There was a drawing right next to the door as you left the lobby that although quite artistic, was not exactly family-friendly, and it was pretty hard to miss it.

Villa Tiziana was great from top to bottom. An experience I won't soon forget, everything we requested we were helped with, it felt cozy, the staff were polite. The bus stations are around in both directions. The beach is nearby and there's lots of small great café's all around the area with a pharmacy nearby in case you need one!

Just amazing!!! Highly recommend! I was in April. Great location and choice, 10 minutes walk or 3 minutes by bus to the main Lido boat station, and there are boats to Venice every 10-15 minutes. From Lido you can also go to Murano or Burano. From the Lido boat station there is a central walking street with restaurants, shops and a supermarket. An excellent choice to combine a cultural trip with a seaside holiday. The beach is very close and the sea blue and clean. There is a fridge and hair dryer in the room. Very clean in the room, cleaning every day. Very quiet and silent. You can take breakfast, nutritious and tasty. Very cozy dining room and interior, you feel like at home.
