We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was impressive, boasting modern amenities that ensured our comfort. We especially appreciated the mini courtyard where our dog could enjoy some fresh air. The breakfasts were delightful, and the coffee was top-notch. Another plus is that the public beach is just a 7-minute walk away. Overall, our experience at the hotel was very positive, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

By the way, it’s not the hotel's fault that the beach across the road is controlled by a "beach mafia" and requires a fee.

The receiptionist made me feel so welcome the moment I steped in. The room was small, but it had everything. I could leave my lugage there and check in later. It is literary next to the beach ( just cross the street). Breakfast was superb.

I got a room on the first floor, above the hotel netrance and the busy street. It was facing the sea but a building across the street was blocking the view. It was fine for one night in Ocotber but I would definitelly find it loud in summer - with more cars and guests on the hotel terace. Beside this, it was a really grate stay.

A warm welcome when I arrived. The lady at reception was very helpful with local information on transport and restaurants. Plenty of choice for breakfast. My room had a sea view. Easy access to the beach and sea front. Calm sea front location (out of season). Ideal for a stay away from the crowds of Venice with easy access by regular vaporetto services to La Serenissima. Short bus ride to Lido centre & vaporetto station for more restaurants and bars. A hotel address worth keeping for my next trip to Venice.

This is a very honest and friendly hotel, run in the third generation by the owner. Located really close to the beach and everything you could possibly need in walking distance. We were greeted very nicely and even received a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. Our room had see view and a small balcony which was nice to sit on. Breakfast was available until 10:30 and was good with choices between sweet and savoury. If you fancy some great food in the evening, Bagno Marconi just down the road will look after you. A recommendation from our friendly receptionist.

The hotel is well positioned on the Lido. If you get a transportation pass you can easily get there from the train and back and forth to the city of Venice easily while enjoying the views from the vaporetto. For us this is the perfect place to stay while visiting Venice. It's our second time staying here. It's a nice, calm and safe place without all the bustle of the city of Venice to escape to. If you're tired of touring Venice there's a beach down the street. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Nice breakfast service. Clean rooms. The air conditioning is top notch.

Superb breakfast. I wasn't expecting much after seeing a negative breakfast review but I don't know what the reviewer was talking about. There were so many food choices for picky eaters. Great location too. I wish there was a little more info about how to access the beach--a map showing acces to the free beach and booking info for the beach by the property. It seems that for the beach right there, you need to pay for showers, umbrellas and beds. Will they let you walk over and put your towel on the sand? We don't know because unfortunately we arrived at night and could only dip our tired feet in the ocean before hurrying to the hotel and there was no one on the beach at that hour. It seems there is a free beach a little walk down past the umbrellas but we did not visit it. Our few interactions with the staff (we were in at night and checked out in the morning) were kind and friendly. We had requested a toddler bed and extra pillows which they fulfilled, so it was a pleasant family stay and not cramped.

Very friendly, helpful staff in reception and for breakfast. Very clean, spacious room with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was spot on!! Great location for Lido beach and for the bus to the vaporetto station to get to venice.

My room had a view of a wall but that was probably as I was travelling alone. Better rooms were available. The tv had Netflix but didn't respond v well. The wifi in my room wasn't great but was fine in the breakfast area.

Brilliant hotel for exploring Venice and the Lido. The location of the hotel means you need to get a vaporetto to the main island But it's well worth it! You get to see Venice from the water and we always looked forward to the trip each day. Because the hotel is out of the centre it's the perfect way to unwind after a busy day exploring Venice. The staff were also super friendly and gave us greta advice.

The customer service, the location, the breakfast was wonderful! The beds very comfortable, the clean it was.

Did not like that the lady helping in the kitchen did an exception for me and my group at the time of breakfast and the manager or owner was rude at her when she provided a great customer service. We understand exceptions cannot be made however, that is why we are giving a 10 review score and because another nice way can be find to address this situation with employees. It was disturbing to listen how he was calling her attention.

Good location, calm, clean, spacious. It was good to have the small fridge in the room. The WiFi worked well. They offered lemon water in the hallway. They had nice space to sit outside. The beach was nearby and it’s worth to check out the restaurant-bar Bagno-Marconi.

Mosquitoes fly in through the window if you open it to let in some air. The shower stream was weak. The breakfast was ok but lacked variety. Which is acceptable for the price I guess. There were no sockets to charge phones by the bed.
