The best breakfast we had throughout our entire trip in Italy. Delicious. Property is as shown in images and has ease of access through the ferry and the bus that comes every 10 mins and the bus schedules also align with ferry schedule, so you are never waiting more than 10 mins anywhere. Very beautiful clean island away from the very busy bustle of Venice! Would stay here again.

There are no elevators and some rooms can be on the third floor and so you will have to carry and heavy bags that you are travelling with. Otherwise, everything was great!

Absolutely loved this place! Hotel Villa Stella is a family-style mansion in Lido, a few ferry stops from Giardini. With exceptionally polite and helpful staff, comfortable beds, cosy room and awakening with a sound of a merry local cockerel, it felt shielded from the bustle of Venice but was close enough for both work and exhibition visits. No kettle or coffee maker in the room, but we could make hot drinks in the kitchen. Our breakfasts went above and beyond the usual Italian fare, with a gorgeous fresh daily buffet. Five minutes down the road is a superb pharmacy, at least two little restaurants and a well-stocked vegetable market.

I find that not many places in Italy cater to vegans, often mixing gluten-free diet with plant-based. We were offered 6-7 types of bread, 3 of them gluten-free, but there was nothing for vegans. This is easy enough to prepare for; we brought our own vegan pates and salads. But this is splitting hairs, as I really can’t fault the accommodation or the staff.

Fabulous place, lovely family and staff running it, quirky. Well worth paying less to be here on the Lido, with a far nicer hotel than you would get on Venice Island, with not only breakfast included but a really good one in a stunning setting. Only a 6 min bus ride or easy 16min wander to the boat and 10 mins trip over to Venice.. even paying 65 euros for a 7 day pass, jump on/off wherever 24/, it still works out at better value

Quiet location on the Lido. Cosy pensione vibe. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is more continental and plenty of outdoor seating in the garden. Bed was very comfortable! Room was very quiet even though it faced the road.

Perhaps the 15/20 minute walk to the main vaparetto stop. But that’s nothing to do with the hotel. The room could have tea making facilities however, on the last day we discovered the kettle was left out in the dining area for drinks.

I like this villa, I've been there more than once and I'll definitely come back. The service is very nice. The villa is in a good place. Delicious coffee and breakfast. Very good contact. The girls are very helpful.

There is air conditioning in the room as described. But this time I couldn't use it. It was hot for me. I like to sleep at 18 degrees and I had 26 degrees in the room.

Room was clean and cosy and the staff were excellent especially when we had a few requests. The breakfast was good if a little basic but met our needs perfectly. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the boat jetty and the walk always felt very safe even late into the evenings. It was nice to be a little distance from super busy Venice and it was a an absolute luxury to have a beautiful beach but 200m from the hotel. We were very happy with our stay and it was a great value for money. Would stay again!

Breakfast was a little basic but it was certainly adequate for us. The room was a little cozy for a twin room but it was perfect size for a short break or 3/4 nights.

I was very impressed by the personal in this hotel. Everybody is so friendly, smiling and always ready to help. The hotel was always clean. Our room was cleaned daily, and the sheets and towels were changed every two days. The hotel is not far from the sea (5 minutes on foot) and from the bus stop (2 minutes on foot).

The only three things I didn't really like were the internet, mattress and breakfast. Internet was not good in our room on the second floor. The mattress was too soft for me. Breakfast is monotonous. Every morning the same thing.

The Room was very cozy with a nice view over the garden. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly. Very good and fast ( ca 25 min.) public transportation connection to venice City.

Not everyone got the same stuff at breakfast. Some people had to wait for a table at breakfast as they only had very few inside.

We loved our stay at Hotel Villa Stella! The staff were what made it exceptional; they went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay, and were absolutely delightful. The breakfast was a lovely extra touch. We enjoyed staying on the Lido, and getting the boat bus into Venice each day was a breeze.

The room was a little small but fine for our needs.

It is insane how good this place was, no complaints whatsoever. Moreover, we had a nice little room with a bathroom attached, clean and cozy. The garden is pretty, the staff - we've met Luka - were friendly, polite, and helpful. The hotel is nicely decorated, and even if the building is almost a 100 years old, it feels fresh and lively. The highlight of this place is the breakfast. It is the most elaborate, delicious, and overall satisfying breakfast I ever had in a hotel, and it was included in the room price. There are bread, several kinds of pastry, muffins, tarts, cheese, fruit, juice, and the serving lady and gentleman will ask you how do you want your coffee, your eggs, sandwich, etc. Highly recommended.

The walls were a bit thin in the room we were, but this is really just nitpicking, there was no issue, it was quiet.
