There was nothing not to like about this place! The hotel, facilities, staff, location, and food & drink were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and the butler team (in particular Gorgo) couldn't do enough for you. Every time they seen you, they engaged and offered many suggestions, arranged trips, restaurant bookings etc. The views from the garden terrace are outstanding. If you are going to Venice, stay here!

Every person at this place is extremely kind and cares only about guest's comfort! We were upgraded upon arrival in a grand canal view suite with terrace as a gift for our anniversary!! Surprises were coming every day. We have visited several 5 star hotels and resorts but I can tell for sure that nothing can beat St.Regis Venice!!! Thank you for your exceptional hospitality! When in Venice again, you will be our place ❤️

The best location in Venice! Walking distance from the main shopping area and plaza. They upgraded our room from canal view to grand canal view. Guiliette was amazing and her colleague at reception were so nice and polite and very helpful. The food was very delicious, and an amazing Tiramisu!

We arrived by car and had to drag our luggage from the parking to get a taxi boat. I don't mind paying a slight extra fee for someone to greet us and help us out upon arrival.

I was accommodated in a room facing an inner courtyard. The sound of an engine was heard all night, probably from an air conditioning system. The next day I changed the room. It was quiet, but it was a smaller room than the type of room I had paid for.

The location was breathtaking. Staff were very cheerful right at the entrance. Checking in was fast and comfortable they serve drinks while checking in with a smile on their face. Room was incredibly nice and super comfortable. Restaurant over looks the grand canal it leaves you speechless. Overall this hotel made our stay.

The hotel has been beautifully redecorated in exquisite taste since we were last there some years ago. The staff are exceptionally nice, kind and helpful without any hint of sycophancy. The breakfast is unparalleled in my experience. The hotel is not cheap but for once you have the feeling it is worth every penny.

Location was more than perfect. I cannot express how the service was in this exquisite hotel. All the staff treated us like kings and queens. The moment we arrived they took care of every little detail and we were upgraded to two rooms. Our butler Micheal was quite polite and attentive. We asked them for a late checkout and they quickly catered our request. Our rooms were spacious and very comfortable, also the shower was heaven! The bar lounge was fabulous and however it was a bit pricey but worth every penny. Thank you soooo much for giving us this amazing experience in the beautiful city of Venice!

Staff was friendly and accommodating, outdoor space was lovely for dinner and cocktails, common spaces were beautiful.

We had a room that faced the back roof. And it was somewhat small.

Love the bars. My husband liked Art bar and I loved having breakfast on the canal. Loved the floors and used them to navigate (turn right at the baby blocks then go down ... ) and that sinuous sofa outside the restroom is gorgeous.

Hotel very beautiful & chic in a strategic position and with a direct view on the Canal Grande. all the experience was amazing, from the Butler service to the Reception, from the Concierge to the waiters and barmans. Our room was clean and comfortable. Lunch/dinner overlooking the Gran Canal is priceless. Highly recommended, I will go back soon!
