The hotel is positioned in the hart of the city near by all the major attractions. Top location! There service you receive is fist class and beyond. We have been in many different 5 star hotels but Nolinski experience exceeded our expectations by far! It is the best experience to visit Venice and we will definitely back soon. The attention to every detail is amazing and the kindness of the staff is beyond amazing! The breakfast is an absolute must if you are staying in Nolinski. It was the best breakfast I’ve had in years and the service and atmosphere was fantastic. We celebrated our 25 wedding anniversary and it was pure perfection! We will be definitely back and will look up for other Nolinski hotels when traveling for sure.

Beautiful hotel - stunning - in an excellent position - so close to St Mark’s Square. Staff very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a junior suite, which was wonderful, thank you. The room was small, but perfectly-formed and the bathroom stunning. Beautiful bar with lovely cocktails excellent bar staff (expensive drinks, but worth it). Would definitely stay there again. I agree with the reviewer who said a gym would make it absolutely perfect, but that’s just me - and the other reviewer, of course!

The In-Room menu was small and the food was not great. The Margarita Pizza had little Cheese. The meatballs were dry and tasteless. Also the Room service Phone was not answered over 70 % time. So I gave up and went through reception. Whoever (male) was on the line was not very friendly and a bit cross.

The staff were very attentive and picked us up, straight from the water taxi and guided us around the hotel to the registration and our room. They had taken note of it being our honeymoon and had designed the room with a set of romantic features and champagne. The concierge helped book us a well-designed trip to Murano and Burano islands. The bar staff were very friendly and engaged us in conversation. Breakfast was of high quality and they were accommodating, even when we were late. We always felt like we could rely on the staff to help arrange a taxi or provide information for anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The access from ground level to our room involved using two lifts and orientation could be a little confusing. Our particular suite didn’t benefit from views or a great deal of natural light. That said I feel that many others, particularly on the higher floors, probably do. Our particular room did suffer a little from noise the street and from the hotel courtyard - although this didn’t impact hugely on our peace.

The Nolinski Venezia was beautifully designed, with a cozy colour palette and a spacious layout. Staff was very friendly and offered excellent service, breakfast options were plentiful and high quality, and the location was fantastic, only 5 minutes from St Mark's Square and 10 minutes from the Rialto bridge. The hotel was also kind enough to offer us an upgrade to a suite.

The only minor downside is that there was no canal view, which could be expected given the price.

I don't think words are enough to express how amazing our experience at the Nolinski hotel in Venice. Staff were much better than I've ever expected, the concierge team were in touch with me from the moment I booked the room till I arrived and even more. We were there for a short one day visit but it was enough to want me to go back. Shouldn't forget the breakfast which wasn't what I expected, it was much better!

I know having the Japanese toilet is a plus, but it was a bit annoying whenever I just passed in front of it, It opened. And the shower buttons were a bit hard to get to work.

The new and stylish art-hotel, spacious modern rooms, best location for shopping and 1-2 nights stay in Venice, friendly and helpful staff doing their best to fulfill the client`s expectations. Huge variety of healthy and tasty food at breakfast, modern menu for lunch and dinner.

I`m totally intolerant to any kind of noise at night, so if you`re looking for totally quiet rooms, it`s not the best choice: the ventilation system is working a day and night round and couldn`t be turned off (may be it is placed on the roof and heard on just upper floors but of course something should be done technically to reduce the noise).

The hotel is beautiful - every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The furnishings, fixtures, design and decor are exceptional. Our room had a balcony and enormous bathroom with tub and separate shower plus a seating area. It was larger than our bedroom! The breakfast was voted best in Venice recently and we wholeheartedly agree - the quality is outstanding. The staff were extremely attentive, kind and friendly and were very helpful with all of our questions and needs. They were also so welcoming to our dog, which made the trip truly special. The central location also made walking around easy.

This is just a minor detail - but our room required two elevators to access and was below the reception - which was noisy at times. These types of older buildings are sometimes mapped out in unexpected ways - all part of the charm!

Beautifully renovated boutique design hotel, located near major attractions, close to docks with access to water taxis and public vaporettos. We booked a Superior Room and they upgraded us to a Deluxe Room upon arrival - it’s hard to get a room of that size in Venice for that price, so I thought there was good value. Service and concierge was superb and treated us like family during our stay throughout!

Nothing really to note - just breakfast was super expensive on-site so we didn’t opt in.
