Received a map of Venice when I booked in at reception and he explained/guide me on the map where the main attractions were, much appreciated!! Also got a bottle of water everyday in the room. Room, bathroom very clean. Clean white bed linen and towels. Staff friendly and very helpful. Very secure with electronic key to room and entrance to building

Entrance in a small dark alley.

Luca was Very friendly & helpful. Good recommendations for restaurants. Great location, easy to get around the area.

However, in your e-mails to clients BEFORE they leave, mention that this is NOT a hotel and that the name of the residence is NOT on the door and to look for a different name and provide the entrance CODE BEFORE ARRIVAL. We mentioned that we would be arriving about 9PM. We came in late by plane and did not look at our texts so had a somewhat difficult time getting in. Not fun walking up and down an alleyway in the rain looking for a hotel. It was only with the help of a passing man who took the time to help - otherwise, we wouldn't know how to get in.

The room, the Décor, the location, the view from my window.. everything was so beautiful! Just book it🫶

Not a complaint, Just a warner to the unexperienced travelers. Be mindful that’s it’s on the second floor and there’s no elevator just like 90% of everywhere in Italy, And to get there you will see a few staircases to go up and down in the streets, So, My tip is: don’t bring 200kls of luggage if you’re traveling around Italy… backpack and a hand luggage max will do it! I did it like that traveling 27 days so.. other than that The hotel is absolutely amazing I’d stay there another 100 times! 🫶

close to Saint Marco square and shopping streets and easy access by water boat

when I woke there was water on the floor close to me bed and on the way to the bathroom so I think it’s something to do with plumbing or sewerage. our Rooms was rather small for 2 people with luggage I had to keep my suitcase close to the main door. the building has no elevator as well so we had to climb a lot of staircases with luggage just to get to our room. so if you have a heavy luggage …..be prepared 😆

The staff were excellent - very comprehensive when it came to recommendations, how to get around and how to make the most of my visit. The location was superb - very easy to get to all the attractions but also quiet. In the stifling heat, the air con had been running prior to my arrival, and there was an ice-cold bottle of water waiting in the fridge, which was such a relief. Good powerful shower. Very good Wi-Fi.

Bed was quite squeaky and not the most comfortable Only a view of a wall on the other side of the alley from the bedroom window The images sent through the app showing the corner and location could neither be enlarged nor downloaded to see clearly On the map apps, there is also an entry for Ca' Pedrocchi (Moro1 + Moro2) in a different location, which could be confusing

Location was amazing, 3min walk to Piazza San Marco and on Calle with posh shops. Gondola stn nearby and not far to vaporetto stops. Nice old traditional building. Plenty steps but small ones. No Receptionist after 4pm but an envelope left at Reception desk, but has secured entrance. Got full instructions how to find and how to get in the building after 4pm. Lovely spacious room, coffee machine and pods. Nice en suite bathroom, with complimentary toiletries. Lots of suggestions on what to do in Venice.

No kettle or tea option but get a free bottle of water

The hotel is in a great location near St Marks and Le Fenice Theatre. The staff were exceptionally helpful in arranging transfer from the airport to the hotel by water taxi and coming to meet us. They also offered some really good suggestions on where to eat for breakfast and other meals and were equally helpful with storing luggage on the day of our checkout. Excellent service

It wasn't a problem but the hotel is in an older building and hence does not have an elevator nor offers breakfast but we were able to buy a great breakfast 2 minutes away at an excellent location suggested by the hotel and frequented by locals and tourists alike

Fantastic air conditioning - seriously, the best in the city that we found. Staff was amazing to work with and literally saved our trip. We didn't realize how far the cruise port was and they explained and got us immediately on a water taxi to the train station (even carried my bag for me) and told us which trains to take. We would not have made it on time without their help! Great directions to get there too, very easy to find. They even remembered to accommodate my request for extra pillows! Highly recommend.

There were 1.5 flights of stairs to get to our room/the lobby, but that was to be expected.

Due to the marvellous location we were able to see Venice at dawn before it filled with crowds of tourists. The air conditioning, which was already on, the water in the fridge and the possibility to have a cup of coffee in the room before the coffee shops opened added to the good impression (there was a capsule coffee maker and capsules in the room). Important: we were able to quickly find the hotel on the map by entering the name "Ca Pedrocchi" in the search engine

If you’re planning a stay in Venice, Ca' Pedrocchi could be an excellent choice. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their friendliness and genuine warmth. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering great tips for exploring the city and always greeting us with a smile.

We enjoyed everything, especially the kindness of Mr. Alvise and felt really comfortable in our room!
