We stayed at Residence Venice for a few nights while visiting Venice, and it was exactly what we needed. The hotel is a bit old, but it has everything you need. The rooms are spacious, and the modern air conditioning was a big plus during the warm days. The location is very convenient, just a short walk to the train station, with direct trains into Venice. It’s a great base if you want to explore the city but stay outside the busy tourist areas with your car. Don’t expect luxury, but if you’re looking for a simple, functional place to stay for a few nights, this is a solid choice. Basic, but comfortable.

The staff is very very nice, helpful and accommodating. The property is easy to find and get to, the neighbourhood feels safe. Very quaint. There's a Conad store very close and a pastelaria right next to it where you can have coffee or breakfast. If you go towards the church there is a street of places to eat. The train station is also pretty close. The location is 10/10. The apartment was nice and clean exactly as in the photos.

It would be great if the bathroom had a rack with some empty shelves, the bathroom is big and could fit it, as is there was a little bit too little surface area in the bathroom

The front desk service is very friendly. The geographical environment is quiet. There is a supermarket 100 meters away. It is very comfortable to sit on the balcony and watch the sunset at night.

There is no quilt, you need to ask to get one, but they can only provide thin blankets, which are quite thin. However, we turned off the air conditioning and it was quite comfortable at night.

I’ve stayed here more than once and always leave with a positive impression. The receptionists are very friendly and kind, always ready to help. The hotel has a great location, and parking is available right in front of the entrance — a big plus. The rooms are clean, cozy, and have all the essentials: towels, bottled water, soap, etc. Highly recommended!

Nothing, everything was fine.

The staff was amazing, very helpful, they even got a present because one of us had his birthday the same date we left. There were a lot of plates, cups and cutlery, dishwasher. There was privacy and shade on the balcony and it's a very quiet area. The village is very nice and everything is at walking distance, a trip to Venice is 4 euro by half an hour with train. Amazing transport infrastructure.

The bide was not connected to hot water. Beds and towels were clean, but the apartment overall wasn't as clean, but we cleaned ourselves and it was ok. I would gladly come again even if just for the staff.

Good location for trips to Venice, see and shopping. Nice and quiet neighborhood, nice staff and pleasant room. Hotel is a mixed accommodation with long rented rooms.

Clean is poor on balcony and bathroom. Location is a little bit overrated.

The apartment fullfell my expectations, and everything was provided . If you have rental car and want to go to Venice you can park just at jn train station for free and take a train its 10 minutes walk 2 mints drive. The supermarket is just 2 minutes away everything you can get amazing experiences. Will definitely recommend 👌

Good fully stuffed clean apartments. Nice balcony. Pretty good sound isolation from street. Nice small bedroom with good bed. Well stuffed bathroom. Small kitchen covered all our needs. Nice big parking. Pets friendly. Pretty pasticceria and supermarcado in 100 meters. Nice trail along river (canal) not far from apartments.

Additional 5 euros per night for a dog. Located on border of town. Weak sound isolation from neighbours. The building itself doesn't look fresh. It could use some some renovations.

Best vacation place. I rarely give reviews, but this one was outstanding. Super clean, quiet area, AC and WiFi also works perfect. The reception staff was super helpful, they have us a map and explained directions to get to Venice with train, 10 min walk from the station. The place was just perfect

I just didn't like the small mosquitoes that came from the balcony because of the tall trees, but this is fine because we just had to close the balcony door

Walking distance from train station, good size room with kitchen. We were given useful information about places to go, very helpful staff. We loved our stay there.
