The staff was great - from the moment we've arrived till the check out. Both at the reception or at breakfast. The breakfast was a classic buffet but with enough options to choose from and (as expected) with a great coffee. The surroundings of the Villa is great, a very nice and very well mantained park,

Although it was stated at the reception that the whole region had problems with shield bugs that did not help us dealing with them in the room. They are harmless but it's not a great thing to have them around. As soon as we opened the window or the balcony door few would fly in. Not opening the door/windows was the obvious solution but it would be better if we could have done it.

The hotel had a great location for exploring the surrounding area and easy access from the highway. Check-in and check-out were very quick. It’s a peaceful place with beautiful gardens and clean rooms. The staff were excellent – kind, helpful, and welcoming. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

We got a room in the detached building (near the historical tower), the water pipe system was a bit noisy when someone from upper floor flushed. The doors also resonated (solved by putting a little bit of folded paper).

Hotel is lovely, the grounds are pretty, the room was nice, staff friendly, helpful and welcoming, Netflix on TV, bed comfy, breakfast was really good, and had plenty of car parking spaces.

Shower overflowed the tray but didn't use the shower until morning of checkout, when I checked out I told reception and they were really apologetic, but it wasn't an issue for me. I think a kettle in the room or tea/ coffee machine would make it better.

I liked the seclusion from city crowed and peaceful locality. Very spacious

It is good for one having their own car. I paid €60 from venezia to hotel(22km, 25 mins) and €45 from hotel to airport for taxi- 15 mins, 16 km. Filthy expensive. Hotel don’t have transport arrangement.

It is a great venue outside of Venice. Breakfast was excellent and the staff really friendly. Very quiet and comfortable location outside the city.

The only issue was that the hotel didn't seem to have a restaurant that served dinner as it was more focused on events. We dined outside so it did not impact us directly, but we would have like to have a dine-in option.

Well it was just amazing to stay in an old Manor House like this. bedroom was huge and breakfast buffet was ok. we reserved the place so we could easily park and go by train into Venice the next day.

there was a disco in the evening for someone’s 18th birthday and was a little noisy but thankfully it didn’t last too long. Didn’t bother us that much.

Location and premise is fantastic . Staff is very friendly and helpful. Beautiful place!

The bed was ok, but the pillows were too hard. Shower head needs descaling; water was coming out at all angles.

Wonderful and comfortable place with beautiful and quiet surrounding. Room is very clean, comfortable and nice. There are big parking just in front of the hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful. Looking forward to come again soon.

My mistake was not understanding how to operate room heating. Some instructions in the room could be helpful.

A nice and pitoresque place with the spirit of the past. Beautiful park and nature. Pleasant restaurant, solid selection of food. Pleasant staff.

A little wobbly bed (antique) frame :) - but still comfortable new bed inside. So, be careful :) Old shower cabin with a bit of mold :(. No kettle no glasses or mugs.
