stayed here before our flight, close to marco polo airport if you are going by car. Very helpful owner, recommended where to eat nearby and we enjoyed the best pizza in Italy.

This accommodation is perfect for a budget trip to Venice if you land at Treviso Airport. The location is approximately midway on the train ride from Treviso to Venice. I really liked the room; it offers great value for the price. Nearby the hotel in Mogliano Veneto, there is an excellent restaurant (Unico Ristorante), a charming cafe (Goppion Caffetteria), and a convenient supermarket (Cadoro Superstore). Just keep in mind that it's about 1.5 km from the train station, which wasn't an issue for me as it made for a pleasant walk.

You should know that the owner has a friendly dog that freely roams around the garden. This wasn't a big problem for me, but I would have appreciated knowing it in advance to avoid any surprise. (When I was a kid, I had a small accident with a dog, so I'm not really comfortable with such surprises.) Additionally, I had some difficulty figuring out how to properly open the gate from the inside. To be fair, I didn't ask for help with it.

What a wonderful surprise. We had no idea what to expect and this place exceeded our expectations. The room was very well done, larger than most, well decorated, modern and clean. The staff were very welcoming as was Pheba, their adorable dog who was there to greet us when we arrived. Mogliano is a great town itself but also a convenient place to stay if you want to see Venice. Just a short train ride away! We loved it! Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect! This was my second time here and I’m happy to see that after 6 years the service is still at the highest level possible. Easy self check-in process, clean facilities, little breakfast in the shared kitchen, communication with the host, location, super cuddly dog in the front yard - everything was 10/10!

Beautiful, comfortably furnished and spacious rooms with a large bathroom. A large shared kitchen where a great breakfast was waiting for us every morning. Everything was very clean. The owner was very nice, helpful and caring. We had a lovely stay here.

I liked interior very much. It was obvious that talented interior designer created wonderful space for living. Unfortunately I was there just for one night, but I will return there some day again. Neighborhood where property is located is really nice too. It is worth to spend there more time.

Very nice accomodation with big kitchen and nice yard. We booked room for our 2 day trip to Venice and surroundings. It was also a pleasent surprise to find that Comune Mogliano Veneto where apartment is located, has a nice neighbourhood and center

We got some damage to rented car, but it doesn't related to hosts but to other guests...

We liked everything about the property: how clean it was, how friendly the ladies were; the room was spacious, with a very nice balcony, with AC which was really needed; the bathroom was big and very clean as well. It is located at 15 min walking straight from the train station; the train takes you to Venice Santa Lucia station in 20 min.

Self service breakfast, tea coffee and snacks which was unexpected. Secure location, could park car on site if you drive. Staff very friendly and helpful, can't thank the owner enough for a lovely stay and helping us out with transport to the airport.
