Big room, comfortable bed, free parking, east walk to train station with direct access to Venice.

The invoicing system is terrible, prior arrival at the hotel the property held the price of one night from my credit card, and upon check out they again took the rest of the Bill, today I just checked that both these transactions are on hold and they made a transaction with the full amount of stay, I am wondering why is all that?!

Great location, just outside Venice. The most comfortable bed I have ever had in a hotel. Getting into Venice by bus or train is simple. Bus tickets are available at reception and the stop is virtually outside the property.

Paper cups in the room. They provide great coffee in the room and a paper cup just spoils it.

The room was always clean and big enough for three people, with wardrobes, a small safe, a desk and a TV. The bathroom was big, with a shower and a bathtub. During a rainy day we also enjoyed spending an hour in the hotel's spa! The reception was kind enough to provide a plug adapter during our stay.

The shower looked damaged and the water easily spread to the floor. On the bathtub there were some black areas. We could still enjoy the shower and the staff would clean the floor, but for a room at 200€/night we think they could fix it. The TV doesn't have Netflix or Youtube. Not a big deal, but something to consider in this day and age ;)

The staff were very kind and upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost for our anniversary/surprise birthday trip for my partner. I asked them to add a special touch to our room and they added balloons and rose petals and some sweet treats. During our stay, they were very accommodating and provided us with complimentary fruit in our room and complimentary late-checkout due to me feeling unwell and an issue with our air conditioning the night before. All of the staff members provided excellent customer service and we were truly grateful to be taken care of so well. Our room was cleaned every day to a high standard. The hotel is a 20 minute train ride from Venice so very well-located. I would highly recommend Four Points Sheraton Mestre.

Spacious, well kept and clean

Can provide porcelain cup instead of paper cup at coffee making tray. Also provide milk to accompany with coffee making would be desirable.

Hotel is great, with nice interior. Room and bathroom are clean and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is with lots of options, fresh and tasty. Restaurant staff is very kind and helpful.

On the reception suggest the bus and offer you a bus ticket to buy, which is ok of course, but the easiest and shortest way to get to the center is train and the station is also not far away. Only 3 stops. My suggestion is to choose train for transport. There is no bus to turn back after 7pm.

The hotel is very modern. The lobby is beutiful! Upscale, clean and quiet. The staff was fantastic, very friendly, helpful and kind. Definitely a bonus they were all bilingual. The restaurant food was so good. We took the bus everyday. There was a stop near by that took us to another stop to get off and than into venice. There's a nice shopping mall behind the hotel and only a 10 minute walk.

Breakfast was cold but good. The TV was kept shutting off after a 30-60 minutes. I checked the timer and nothing was enabled. The front did offer to send someone up but I got it working for one night and it did the same after. The water was extremely hot! Guaging was not straight forward but overall it was manageable.

The hotel was very clean, new, and comfortable. We loved the welcome detail — they left us a card with some cookies, which was a really nice touch. The staff was incredibly friendly; they helped us a lot with buying tickets for both the bus and the Vaporetto to Venice, and also guided us on how to organize our trip there and back. Plus, there’s a bus stop nearby, which makes getting around super convenient.

The breakfast felt a bit overpriced for what was offered. There wasn’t a lot of variety in the food, so that part could definitely be improved.

We were on our family trip and we decided to visit Venice just for a day. We were traveling by car and the option of the free parking on site or the hotels own underground garage was super convenient. We decided to park at the underground garage which is 15 Euro per night which is in our opinion a fair price. Hotel is located outside of Mestre close to many shopping centers and what is more important just next to the bus station from which you can take a 24H bus line directly to Venice. The ride takes only 20 minutes and another great thing about the hotel is the fact that you can buy the bus tickets at the reception desk. And the reception desk staff is really kind and helpful, all of them, and in our case specifically the receptionist called Luca. Helped us a lot with all infos about the hotel, public transport, Venice and so on… Breakfast offer is enough for a short stay like ours, had everything we needed, dinner menu also just enough. Only thing we noticed are the room bathroom facilities which are clean but they need a refreshment. It didn’t bother us but is something to think about. Another great thing, especially for our little son was the interactive wall at the hotel entrance…had a lot of fun…all in all a great stay…we will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Venice :)

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Answered all of our questions on how to get around. We took the bus the first time into Venice but then used taxis as it just seemed easier. The room was great - very big! Loved the cookies and water!

Thougth breakfast was a little pricey for what was available. I'm not a big breakfast eater so wasn't worth it for me. I just need a little something to get me going.
