We had a short stay at the hotel but everything was perfectly fine, the hotel was clean, the room was of a good size and kept clean with the housekeeping done everyday, we didn’t eat at the hotel but when I was looking in the restaurant the options for breakfast seemed more than adequate….. the staff we so friendly and helpful……we will definitely stay there again, good luck for the future and hopefully we will be back soon (Room 211 Rob)

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like

Nice and quiet location with a good parking. Venice Centre is about 30 minutes but good transport. Bus or Tramway will take there for 1.50 euro each way. Supermarket, coffee shop and bar opposite the hotel .

Beautiful rooms, great value, easy to get into Venice. The gentleman at reception who checked us in was amazing. Definitely recommend.

The air-conditioning was a little hard to work

Very kind and friendly staff. Clean and tidy. Free parking. Good connection with Venice via public transport.

Hotel was in relatively quiet neighborhood. A bit far from center, but for price worth a drive especially if you only need place to sleep and shower. A bit outdated design but overall clean room, bed and bathroom...

AC is switched on wimp and you can't control cooling when there is 34 deg C outside without asking staff to enable your AC on central console they have on front desk. Free WiFi is non existing - yes it exists in list but in 3 days never managed to connect. Luckily, I only slept and rested there.

We find it easy! Host was ok!

Room was restaurated and have no place in bathroom for take of towels. Be cause of this clean was low. Breakfast was poor! To many guests and service was not ok. Fen was not operated....

Hotel with 80' vibe situated 15 minutes from Venezia Carpenedo station. It's okay, but could be refurnished

The fridge inside the room had a bad smell. The room (and specially the bathroom) is rather old

The staff is kind and welcoming

The windows of my room were not properly isolated and I could hear the music from the pub on the other side of the road until late.

Airconditioning in room was not working.

Quiet location, friendly staff and good value for money. Had a lovely piano to play in hotel as well. Handy snack and drink machine in the lobby.

It was dated and could do with a refresh. Shower was too small and not suitable for its purpose. Could do with extra pillows and complimentary tea or coffee making facilities in the room.
