The stay was good and although the room was warm up on entry, you place the card in the holder and you can turn on the air conditioner. It is set to 16°C and cannot be set higher for air flow as far as we saw. We only stayed one night and it was okay except that the air conditioner turned off. That made it hot. Other than that everything was excellent. If we had stayed longer I would have had time to ask the front desk for help. Unfortunately we were leaving to the airport after breakfast. The breakfast dining area of this hotel was stupendous. Really helpful attendants and table cloth settings on every table:) Also, ample parking from what I saw and easy access to either the airport or the port.

The setting on the air conditioner turns off in the night. It made for a hot room. The tub was fine but a little high for access. Other than that it was an immaculate bathroom!

We had a wonderful stay at Smart Holiday Hotel during our trip to Venice. The hotel is cozy and perfect for a family vacation. Breakfast was delicious and offered a nice variety — everyone in our family found something they liked. The beds were soft and comfortable, and we slept really well. The bathroom was clean, modern, and met all our needs. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is located in a quiet area, yet it’s easy and convenient to reach the center of Venice. We highly recommend this hotel for families and anyone looking for a comfortable stay!

We stayed at Smart Hotel Holiday with our family and our dog and we were extremely satisfied with everything. The room was very spacious, beautiful and clean, exactly what we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The location is great, close to public transport that takes you directly to Venice. We have nothing to complain about, everything was perfect and we will definitely come back!

It was a nice stay, room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We could park our car in front of the hotel and even after check-out, we could leave the car for the whole day during our visit to Venice. You can buy tram tickets from the hotel to go to Venice (3 euro per person for a return ticket), 30 mins ride.

The bathroom door was a bit difficult to close and open, needs repair.

Exceptional for the price. Not just the facilities, but the people who works here. Friendly staff, waitresses, everyone, ready to help. I traveled with two small doggos and the staff were very welcoming. I extended my stay to 3 nights. I felt welcomed!

I cant really find anything negative to say. I could park for free, bring my dogs and the hotel was relatively close to Venice. Tram just 5 minutes away.

Great location—just a few minutes from the tram and bus station, making it easy to reach both Mestre center and Venice. The receptionist exceeded all expectations—helpful, kind, professional, and always ready with excellent advice. I hope hotel management knows they have a true gem at the front desk!

Location is really good. There is 2-3 minutes walk to nearby train station. Line T1 will bring you straight to Venice. The ticket costs €3 for both directions and it can be bought in the hotel on the reception. Breakfast was really good as well!

Room wasn't really clean. First thing first, we have come early to the hotel, before the regular checkup. They managed to clean the room earlier for us, so this is something to remember. However, when guy from the reception called the cleaning staff, they told that the room was clean. We found a long hair in the bathroom in the toilet, which proves that the toilet wasn't clean at all. Also, in the room itself, there are some stuff that need to be fixed. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't that bad, but yes, the room wasn't cleaned properly.

Very clean and spacious room with comfy beds. Slippers and kettle can be requested in reception for free. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. The staff very helpful, let me check-in early and explained everything I needed for planning my trip in detail. Also airport shuttle is arranged upon request for a reasonable price.

Location is a bit far from train station, better reached by bus/tram.

I only stayed in the hotel for 1 night as a stop over that was close to the airport. That being said, this place far exceeded my expectations and offers brilliant value for money with a great location, great facilities including comfy rooms and beds and a wonderful breakfast. Will use again for sure.

The hotel is fine for a one or two-night stay when traveling around. Really close to the bus or tram stop which is a huge advantage. Free parking space. A super nice and kind receptionist explained everything to us and gave us advice on how to move around and get to Venice Island.

Missing glasses in the room and no kettle to have a tea which was super odd as this hotel says it a 4-star hotel. The hairdryer is weak so better to pack your own. Also, only 3 electrical sockets in the whole room. One in the bathroom which is not in European standard.
