We had a wonderful stay at Smart Holiday Hotel during our trip to Venice. The hotel is cozy and perfect for a family vacation. Breakfast was delicious and offered a nice variety — everyone in our family found something they liked. The beds were soft and comfortable, and we slept really well. The bathroom was clean, modern, and met all our needs. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is located in a quiet area, yet it’s easy and convenient to reach the center of Venice. We highly recommend this hotel for families and anyone looking for a comfortable stay!

Exceptional for the price. Not just the facilities, but the people who works here. Friendly staff, waitresses, everyone, ready to help. I traveled with two small doggos and the staff were very welcoming. I extended my stay to 3 nights. I felt welcomed!

I cant really find anything negative to say. I could park for free, bring my dogs and the hotel was relatively close to Venice. Tram just 5 minutes away.

Great location—just a few minutes from the tram and bus station, making it easy to reach both Mestre center and Venice. The receptionist exceeded all expectations—helpful, kind, professional, and always ready with excellent advice. I hope hotel management knows they have a true gem at the front desk!

Location is really good. There is 2-3 minutes walk to nearby train station. Line T1 will bring you straight to Venice. The ticket costs €3 for both directions and it can be bought in the hotel on the reception. Breakfast was really good as well!

Room wasn't really clean. First thing first, we have come early to the hotel, before the regular checkup. They managed to clean the room earlier for us, so this is something to remember. However, when guy from the reception called the cleaning staff, they told that the room was clean. We found a long hair in the bathroom in the toilet, which proves that the toilet wasn't clean at all. Also, in the room itself, there are some stuff that need to be fixed. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't that bad, but yes, the room wasn't cleaned properly.

Very clean and spacious room with comfy beds. Slippers and kettle can be requested in reception for free. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. The staff very helpful, let me check-in early and explained everything I needed for planning my trip in detail. Also airport shuttle is arranged upon request for a reasonable price.

Location is a bit far from train station, better reached by bus/tram.

The hotel is fine for a one or two-night stay when traveling around. Really close to the bus or tram stop which is a huge advantage. Free parking space. A super nice and kind receptionist explained everything to us and gave us advice on how to move around and get to Venice Island.

Missing glasses in the room and no kettle to have a tea which was super odd as this hotel says it a 4-star hotel. The hairdryer is weak so better to pack your own. Also, only 3 electrical sockets in the whole room. One in the bathroom which is not in European standard.

Staff was very Nice,lot of Romanian employees 😊even If we arrived middle of the night,check in was done without any problems; each day the room.was cleaned out -.microfridge filled in with 2 bottle of still Water and another 2 sparkle ones (for extra payment 2.2eur/0.5l bottle) - rooms are very spacious and modern; breakfast îs every day the same (only pasticerry îs different), but îs good and sufficient- and on top,You have the possibility to pack and take Something for to go; tram station very close- maxim 5 min walking and in 30 min You are to Venice - very good price-quality report😊

Perfect location for people travelling with e-car , easy free parking and a charger available on site. Affordable hotel, very clean , simple modern decor . Maybe 5 minutes walk to the tram T1 which goes to Venice every 10 minutes, tickets for tram and Vaporetto available at reception desk, travel time about 30 min. Friendly staff , some excellent recommendations of the local restaurants . It is our second stay in this hotel and when we come by car we will stay here for sure as parking in any of the garages on the Venice side is quite stressful experience .

It would have been nice if it was more choice at breakfast , everything was fresh and tasty but it would be nice to have more fresh fruit. parts of the hotel are a bit dated but it is being continuously updated.

Spotless lovely hotel instantly felt comfortable from the second I booked I was contacted to offer assistance with transfers etc When we arrived instantly made to feel welcome and comfortable, everyone was so helpful reception guy (think his name was william) was so helpfull absolutely made our trip.

Could offer better range of food although what was there was lovely. 1 rude waitress but overall extremely happy

The staff was wonderful and helped us make our one-night stay nice and streamlined, as we were only there prior to our trip/long flight home. They were super attentive, friendly, and quickly provided us the extra pillows we requested. The lobby bar also made a great spritz for anyone who is interested.

Room was a little humid, but well-cooled and offered all of the ammenities.
