We were traveling by car so this hotel was the perfect choice because it has free parking. The location of the hotel Is perfect in our opinion. Extremely easy to reach to. A very important thing is the fact that in front of the hotel is the bus station. DIRECT line to Venice. You can buy bus tickets and vaporetto tickets from the hotel reception....so ... Super great and easy. The hotel parking is really big and safe. The staff was always smiling and helpful. The breakfast was great for our taste. The hotel restaurant is the perfect choice for a romantic dinner. We will come back for sure

An exceptional hotel at the most convenient location if you want to visit Venice. If you travel by car, the spacious parking will be a huge advantage as then you can head to Venice by bus (stop across the street) in 15min. Beautiful garden and delicious breakfast/dinner. The staff was extremely kind and helpful with all our questions about Mestre and Venice. You can also buy tickets for bus an vaporetto at the reception. Finally the room was spacious, the beds very comfortable and the bathroom very clean with hot water. Everything perfect, if ever in Venice, I would surely book again!

At the entrance, you will be enchanted by a large and beautiful garden....A rich Italian breakfast...it is not limited to pastries and cappuccino....you have the opportunity to enjoy good quality and various Italian specialties...very good! We found the parking lot full, but the gentleman at the reception found a solution so that we left the car in complete safety, right next to the entrance! The room, although not very big, is very clean, we had a bottle of water on arrival, which was welcome in the heat! Very well organized reception, we bought bus tickets for Venice and even vaporetto tickets. The station is opposite the hotel entrance. We received all the necessary help at the reception, we made a reservation for dinner at their restaurant. The food was very tasty and special. We also really liked drinking our drinks in their garden in the shade. All the staff are attentive, kind and professional. On departure, a very nice lady at the reception offered us 2 bottles of water for the road, which we thought was very nice! Although we stayed for a short time, we liked it a lot.....next year we will definitely come back.....next year maybe a room with a garden view

1. Staff extremely accommodating, informative and welcoming throughout the entire three days. 2. The restaurant provided excellent service and food in a quiet environment. We ate there two out of three nights. 3. All staff communicated well in Italian or English. 4. The breakfast special is very helpful and satisfying as the location of the hotel does not have a number of breakfast places close by. 5. A public bus line directly into Venice is very conveniently located about two blocks away. However, it gets very busy.

The front entrance was having a revolving door installed during our stay, which was a minor inconvenience.

This is the best 4 star hotel that we have ever stayed in. The room (and adjoining bathroom) was extremely spacious and clean, and the mattress though a bit hard, was very comfortable. The service and attention to our needs was outstanding, and what made staying here a really great experience. As an example, both of us have a very severe gluten intolerance. The hotel offered us many gluten-free options for breakfast, as well as a good variety of buffet options that were naturally gluten free. We also really liked the food at the on-site restaurant, and ate dinner there twice. The hotel also offers many different kinds of public transport tickets to purchase at the reception, as well as advice on how to best get to your intended destination. They will also call taxis for you, and have a wonderful airport taxi pick-up service they can arrange upon request for your arrival. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience and will definitely come back if we ever find ourselves in Venice again!

Breakfast was good. Not too varied but good. The staff was great. The room was on the third floor and quite nice but a bit tiny. Overall the hotel was clean and nice and good value for the money.

As I mentioned breakfast was good but the hardboiled eggs were too undercooked for my taste and so were the scrambled eggs. The offer of food was the same for the two days I have been there. The cake tasted like it was stale. The shower was too tiny, a full-figured person would probably have problems fitting into that shower.

Very flexible staff. We arrived at 9.30 AM and we wanted to change the breakfast plan. In fact we took the breakfast in first day and we renounced at the breakfast in last day. The receptionist discussed with cleaning personal and pay attention to our room. At 10.30AM was ready for accomodation. Very quiet area.

Good location for getting in and out of Venice and seeing Mestre with an easy to catch bus just yards away from the hotel. Lots to do locally, including cafes and restaurants so if you need to eat local you can do easily. Staff were all very friendly , included breakfast was nice and lots of choice. Room was clean, spacious and Aircon kept it nicely cool. Will happily recommend to friends when they're visiting Venice.

Some decaf options for breakfast would be good.

We stayed at the Ai Pini to visit Venice. We really felt very welcome here and very much enjoyed our stay. - all staff members were very friendly and helpful - the room was equipped with all that is necessary for a comfortable stay - the restaurant is very good - buses to Venice stop near the hotel and bus tickets are available to buy at the reception desk, with the staff providing very useful tips - the parking place is very convenient

Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Very helpful and polite staff at the reception. There is a bus stop exactly outside the hotel which you can take the bus to Venice island in 20 minutes.

Only issue was the wifi. We were staying on the 2nd floor and the wifi signal was very poor and weak. We couldn't reach the internet. Nowadays it's an mportant tool for people's daily life.
