We had great stay. The hotel is located very close to the bus stop that will take you to Venice (number 7 and 7E). The guy in the reception was very helpful. The room was clean, and everything that is needed for 1-2 days is included, also a small battle of water in the fridge. Beds were comfortable, breakfast on time and with many options to choose (sliced meat, cheese, eggs, jogurts, fresh fruits, marmolade, toasts etc). Staying in the hotel allows you to enter for free Venice (since 2025 additional fees for weekend entrance to Venice was introduced), that we didn't actually know in advance.

The only drawback we experienced was with leaving the luggage. We were let to leave it, however when we came back the door to reception were closed and any of phones were accessible in WhatsApp. Fortunately the standard call helped and we were let in within a minute to grab our staff.

I was looking for an accommodation where we can stay with our dog (French bulldog), we can leave it there when we visit museums and there is also a parking lot. Unfortunately, in the meantime, the policy has changed and the hotel no longer accepts pets, but they welcomed us and we were given a room that perfectly suited our needs (the room had tiled flooring, which could have been practical in case of any accident). The room was comfortable, clean and bright. Fortunately, it was located at the end of the corridor and nothing disturbed our rest. The hotel, the room, the staff and the services perfectly met our expectations, base on which that we chose this place. Thank you!

Perhaps the bathroom equipment could be more modern (hair dryer, shower curtain holder), more shelves in the wardrobe would be good and a bedside cabinet on the other side of the bed would have been practical.

The location is prefect. It's super close to the bus station from where you can go directly to the centre of Venice. Also, it is only 15-20min walk to main train station in Mestre, from where you can take the direct bus to Treviso or Marco Polo airport. The hotel itself is nice, and have a terrace which for smokers is ideal. The staff helped us with the luggage since they don't have elevator there. Great price vs. value ;)

As I think everywhere in Italy - showers are small, and with this one having the curtain it wasn't ideal. During shower, curtain was moving all the time towards the body which made the taking shower part not very comfortable. I'm not a huge fan of hard mattresses, which are at that place. Besides that, everything was really nice.

- only two electrical sockets in the room (none in the bathroom) and both were not near the bed, and one was quite inaccessible (below the desk) - rooms are not perfectly soundproof, we could easily here people in the hallway talking or closing their doors

I loved my stay. Staff is exceptionally helpful and flexible. Breakfast is varied with a choice of salty items alongside the typical Italian breakfast items. Great mattress: neither too soft nor too hard. There is also a large terrace. Overall, this is a fine place to stay for visiting Venice, for there is a direct bus line to Piazzale Roma. I would definitely stay there again next time.

The guys are so friendly, helpful and welcoming. They created a lovely atmosphere and energy. Also, they went above and beyond my needs! Also the air conditioning in my room was amazing and powerful, I was always at the right temperature that I wanted. Very very comfortable bed! i have absolutely loved my stay and I would stay there again. Loved every minute. Thank you! it made the holiday!

With the help of an English speaking staff member we were able to purchase on site a 48 hour bus ticket that we used to travel to Venice and also for the grand canal water bus in Venice. The bus stop to Venice is across the street from this boutique style hotel. The European style continental breakfast from 7:30 am to 10:00 am was good.

Your own bed will always be most comfortable, it was just a little hard for me .

Fabulous friendly hotel Exceptionally clean and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Conveniently located with a bus stop directly outside to the centre of Venice within 20 mins. Breakfast was excellent, lots of variety with a lovely outdoor patio. It was my birthday and came back to the hotel to find a beautiful little bouquet on the bed. These little extra touches is what makes a hotel stand out from others.

the location of the hotel was very convenient for transportation, the train station was only a 10-minute walk away, while the bus to Venice passed in front of the hotel. The hotel was a little far from the center of Mestre, but the buses passed very often in front of the hotel. The breakfast was very varied and clean.

Bathrooms are a bit aged. They can improve the terrace to really good levels because there is nothing else to do in the neighborhood.
