We stayed for a weekend to visit Venice by car without having to pay a fortune for parking on the island — and without dealing with all the crowds, garbage, dirt, and noise all night long. So for us, it was absolutely perfect! What we loved: • The room was bright, freshly renovated, and everything was super clean! • The hotel is directly located at a highway exit, but the area is surprisingly quiet. The air conditioning works great and offers three settings (+ off). • Good breakfast with plenty of options for everyone: eggs, bacon, bread, muesli, yogurt, fruit, juices, etc. • Free locked parking lot with enough space for standard cars (also suitable for small SUVs). You’re allowed to leave the car there the whole day, even after checkout or before check-in. • Bus stop (lines 7, 7L and 7E) just 50 meters from the hotel. The bus takes you to Venice in about 20 minutes for only €1.50. Tickets are available at the hotel. • Lovely and helpful staff — they also assist you with getting the exemption from the €10/day entrance fee for Venice visitors, since the hotel is still within the Venice municipality.

What you should know: – Honestly, nothing to complain about — the concept works and is perfectly executed. – There’s no pool, but that makes sense: it’s a smaller park hotel with a focus on business and congress guests. A pool or spa would clash with that atmosphere and likely take away from the calm, professional vibe they aim for. – So, if you’re looking for a spa, sauna, or pool, this probably isn’t the right hotel for you.

The hotel was very nice, and the location was amazing—only a 20-minute drive from Venice city. The bus stop was right in front of the hotel, which was convenient. A great perk was that the hotel offered free parking, and bus tickets to Venice were available at the reception for only 3 euros for a round trip. The breakfast provided was also excellent. Compared to our other vacations in European countries, this trip was particularly enjoyable. The staff at both the reception and the breakfast room were humble and helpful, which made our stay even better. I would like to personally thank the entire management team of this hotel. It was very diverse, with plenty of fresh options to choose from: delicious pastries, fresh fruits, savory items, and hot drinks available throughout. A great way to start each day before heading out to explore. The location is another major advantage: just 50 meters from the bus stop that takes you straight into the heart of Venice. Super convenient and stress-free, especially for those who want to enjoy the city without dealing with traffic or expensive parking. Our room was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, offering a relaxing retreat after long days of sightseeing. All in all, this place is a gem for anyone looking to explore Venice while staying in a peaceful, well-connected area. Excellent value for money and a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended!

We were traveling by car so this hotel was the perfect choice because it has free parking. The location of the hotel Is perfect in our opinion. Extremely easy to reach to. A very important thing is the fact that in front of the hotel is the bus station. DIRECT line to Venice. You can buy bus tickets and vaporetto tickets from the hotel reception....so ... Super great and easy. The hotel parking is really big and safe. The staff was always smiling and helpful. The breakfast was great for our taste. The hotel restaurant is the perfect choice for a romantic dinner. We will come back for sure

Our experience at Hotel Ai Pini was absolutely outstanding! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel is spotlessly clean, both in the rooms and in all common areas, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was truly exceptional – delicious, varied, and with high-quality options to suit every taste. It was the perfect start to each day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful, adding to the overall warm and welcoming atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for more – everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a flawless stay!

Nice spacious and clean rooms. Comfortable beds and big bathroom with shower. The first evening we had pasta in the restaurant and everything was delicious. Breakfast was not enormous but very good and enough for most people with different taste. Good coffee. The staff was very friendly, helpful and polite, giving us directions and tips what to see and do during our visit in the old town. The hotels location is excellent with bus nr 7 direct to Venice old town just across the street. Private ”free of charge” parking with camera surveillance and EV-charging available for only €15.

Everything was great!

We stayed for 2 nights as a family of four. We wanted to explore Venice, and getting there from the hotel was super easy. There’s a bus stop right next to the hotel, and tickets can be purchased at the reception. Parking space is also plentiful. The rooms are very comfortable; however, the one we had for four people was a bit small. In the evenings, we enjoyed spending time in the beautiful garden, which had a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was all right. Overall, it’s a very nice place, and if I visit Venice again, I would definitely choose this hotel.

An exceptional hotel at the most convenient location if you want to visit Venice. If you travel by car, the spacious parking will be a huge advantage as then you can head to Venice by bus (stop across the street) in 15min. Beautiful garden and delicious breakfast/dinner. The staff was extremely kind and helpful with all our questions about Mestre and Venice. You can also buy tickets for bus an vaporetto at the reception. Finally the room was spacious, the beds very comfortable and the bathroom very clean with hot water. Everything perfect, if ever in Venice, I would surely book again!

Great service and beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean rooms. The restaurant and bar were excellent, and getting to Venice was easy and inexpensive by bus—made even simpler with the hotel’s help arranging tickets. The staff were exceptionally friendly and informative, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

A minor inconvenience was having to request tea and coffee-making facilities, as they weren’t already in the room. The hotel did provide them when asked, but it would have been more convenient if they were available by default.

At the entrance, you will be enchanted by a large and beautiful garden....A rich Italian breakfast...it is not limited to pastries and cappuccino....you have the opportunity to enjoy good quality and various Italian specialties...very good! We found the parking lot full, but the gentleman at the reception found a solution so that we left the car in complete safety, right next to the entrance! The room, although not very big, is very clean, we had a bottle of water on arrival, which was welcome in the heat! Very well organized reception, we bought bus tickets for Venice and even vaporetto tickets. The station is opposite the hotel entrance. We received all the necessary help at the reception, we made a reservation for dinner at their restaurant. The food was very tasty and special. We also really liked drinking our drinks in their garden in the shade. All the staff are attentive, kind and professional. On departure, a very nice lady at the reception offered us 2 bottles of water for the road, which we thought was very nice! Although we stayed for a short time, we liked it a lot.....next year we will definitely come back.....next year maybe a room with a garden view
