Hotel located in Marghera in area with ample free parking and very convenient bus connection to Venice (two stops in Marghera, then a few stops in port area, then bridge to Venice, approx. 15 min). Staff friendly and nice garden in front of hotel. A locked gate opened by key fob provides good security. Breakfast is good by Italian standards.

Rooms are a bit worn and were not very well cleaned. Thin walls and AC had tendency to over cool room. Bed seemed OK, but bed spread was very heavy (old school style) and no other blanket, so all I had were sheets to cover me.

The price for this place was really good. Considering the quality you get for the price, it’s definitely worth it — you have a private bathroom, a bed, and the room is quite clean, even though it’s small. The breakfast was also very good — it’s basic but has everything you need. The staff were very friendly, which was another big plus.

The only downside, and unfortunately it’s a major one, is the location. The area around the property is not the best, as it is a mainly immigrant neighborhood. If you’re planning to return late at night or if you generally feel uncomfortable in such areas, it’s something to seriously consider. Other than that, everything was fine.

The room was clean and nicely prepared, the reception team was very friendly and helpful. It was our first time in Venice and the hotel is very well prepared for tourists who go to see Venice. We were given a map on how best to get into the city and they navigated us very well. The location of the hotel is very good, a 5 minute walk to the local public transport which takes you directly to Venice in 15 minutes. Parking is also no problem. You can park your car right in front of the hotel or if there is space, the receptionist will let you park behind the gate in the courtyard. At other hotels, parking is very complicated or charged. Here there is no problem. The breakfast is rather simple but fully sufficient. In addition, you get coffee of your choice from the coffee machine + butter croissant, so satisfaction. For lunch or dinner, you can go to a great Italian restaurant for pizza or pasta, also within a 5 minute walk. For a 2 star hotel, such a big positive surprise for comfort, service, availability and good price.

Clean Host is friendly and honest. Even after checking out, we have the option to park in front of the hotel. Bangladeshi host is helpful and very kind; he gave us information about unsafe spots and offered to store our backpacks in the hotel even though we had checked out. The hotel was not only affordable but also provided comfortable facilities. It was the best two-star hotel. The breakfast was both delicious and filling. Near trams and buses. Near supermarkets.

The breakfast restaurant is a bit cramped. The host said that parking is not secure, so all belongings must be secured inside the property.

We stayed for one night as we spent a day in Venice, and the hotel room was very nice and great value for the price. The location is perfect — just a 5-minute walk to the bus stop, which made getting to Venice easy. There’s also a grocery store nearby in case you need anything. It’s an ideal place to stay if you don’t want to be right in the center of Venice but still want quick and convenient access.

There wasn’t anything in particular that we didn’t like. The hotel is a bit old-fashioned in style, but everything worked, which is the most important thing. For the price, it’s a great option — but if you’re expecting something more modern or luxurious, you might want to stay elsewhere.

The staff was very friendly and polite. Breakfast was better than I expected, with plenty of food to choose from. The location is also quite nice, 10 minutes by foot to the Mestre station, 15 minutes by bus to the center of Venice. Overall, it is a good place for its price.

The bed wasn't very comfortable. Also, on booking, I chose an option for the room with 2 single beds, but upon arrival, we were placed at a room with a double bed. It's not that big of a deal, but if having 2 separate beds is very important for you, make sure to explicitly say that in your message.

We booked this accommodation in Venice because our flight landed at 2:30 AM. We had arranged with the staff to be welcomed at 3:00 AM, but due to delays at the airport, we arrived around 3:30 AM. Despite the delay, the staff member kindly greeted us and handed over the room cards without any issues. The rooms were clean and exactly as shown in the photos, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was available until 10:00 AM, so we had to hurry a bit to catch it. Check-out was at 10:30 AM, which was perfectly fine for us. The location is very convenient, as it is only about a 15-minute drive from Marco Polo Airport. We only stayed for a few hours, but we were very satisfied with the service and the overall experience.

There were no drawbacks during our short stay—everything was okay

(1) The breakfast was very sumptuous! (2) There is a large supermarket next door, and shopping is very convenient. (3) The staff were very friendly and provided a lot of help. (4) The small courtyard is beautiful and comfortable, suitable for leisure and relaxation. (5) Located in a quiet residential area.

(1) The room is very small, whether it's the bedroom or the bathroom. (2) The socket at the bedside has poor contact and cannot be used. (3) It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the train station. For tourists dragging their luggage, it's a bit far.

The staff helped us with everything we needed. The room was very clean, bedsheets and towels were changed every 1-2 days. The breakfast espresso is very strong, I like it. There is a bus station 5 minutes away that gets you straight to Venice (6 and 6L) which comes every 10-15 minutes and will arrive in around 15 minutes in Venice. Behind the big supermarket (which is 3 minutes away) is a local pizzeria, very good for a late meal (but has only one table). If you arrive later for breakfast and there is little meat, you can ask for more.

The breakfast was enjoyable but not very diverse. The rooms are not very soundproofed but if the neighbours are talking at a decent volume it's fine. Some musquitos but the staff provides a musquito reppelent cartige for plugging in the wall.

First of all, congratulations to all the staff, very kind and welcoming since the very beginning. The private, safe park for the car is an absolute pro, also considering that to get to Venice you have buses and train just some minutes away. Breakfast abundant and pretty varied. Our room was spacious and warm, and most of all we found very convenient and useful for literally any thing the wardrobe just above the head of the bed!🤩 This place is highly recommended 🤗
