The room was clean and nicely prepared, the reception team was very friendly and helpful. It was our first time in Venice and the hotel is very well prepared for tourists who go to see Venice. We were given a map on how best to get into the city and they navigated us very well. The location of the hotel is very good, a 5 minute walk to the local public transport which takes you directly to Venice in 15 minutes. Parking is also no problem. You can park your car right in front of the hotel or if there is space, the receptionist will let you park behind the gate in the courtyard. At other hotels, parking is very complicated or charged. Here there is no problem. The breakfast is rather simple but fully sufficient. In addition, you get coffee of your choice from the coffee machine + butter croissant, so satisfaction. For lunch or dinner, you can go to a great Italian restaurant for pizza or pasta, also within a 5 minute walk. For a 2 star hotel, such a big positive surprise for comfort, service, availability and good price.

The staff was very friendly and polite. Breakfast was better than I expected, with plenty of food to choose from. The location is also quite nice, 10 minutes by foot to the Mestre station, 15 minutes by bus to the center of Venice. Overall, it is a good place for its price.

The bed wasn't very comfortable. Also, on booking, I chose an option for the room with 2 single beds, but upon arrival, we were placed at a room with a double bed. It's not that big of a deal, but if having 2 separate beds is very important for you, make sure to explicitly say that in your message.

The staff helped us with everything we needed. The room was very clean, bedsheets and towels were changed every 1-2 days. The breakfast espresso is very strong, I like it. There is a bus station 5 minutes away that gets you straight to Venice (6 and 6L) which comes every 10-15 minutes and will arrive in around 15 minutes in Venice. Behind the big supermarket (which is 3 minutes away) is a local pizzeria, very good for a late meal (but has only one table). If you arrive later for breakfast and there is little meat, you can ask for more.

The breakfast was enjoyable but not very diverse. The rooms are not very soundproofed but if the neighbours are talking at a decent volume it's fine. Some musquitos but the staff provides a musquito reppelent cartige for plugging in the wall.

We booked this accommodation in Venice because our flight landed at 2:30 AM. We had arranged with the staff to be welcomed at 3:00 AM, but due to delays at the airport, we arrived around 3:30 AM. Despite the delay, the staff member kindly greeted us and handed over the room cards without any issues. The rooms were clean and exactly as shown in the photos, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was available until 10:00 AM, so we had to hurry a bit to catch it. Check-out was at 10:30 AM, which was perfectly fine for us. The location is very convenient, as it is only about a 15-minute drive from Marco Polo Airport. We only stayed for a few hours, but we were very satisfied with the service and the overall experience.

There were no drawbacks during our short stay—everything was okay

First of all, congratulations to all the staff, very kind and welcoming since the very beginning. The private, safe park for the car is an absolute pro, also considering that to get to Venice you have buses and train just some minutes away. Breakfast abundant and pretty varied. Our room was spacious and warm, and most of all we found very convenient and useful for literally any thing the wardrobe just above the head of the bed!🤩 This place is highly recommended 🤗

Would have liked more information to be available about local restaurants, shopping areas and events. Garden nice, but needs more attention. Too far to walk to train station - uncomfortable about walking in the dark area near the station after sunset.

Spacious room on the 2nd floor with balcony. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The address is ideal for visiting Venice: take the bus 6 or 6 L from Lavelli station to Venice, for maximum 15 minutes, and 1.5 euros (ticket can be purchased on the bus in cash, by asking the driver or via the AVM app). Parking is available inside the property (I didn't have a car, but I've seen other visitors park their cars inside). Super friendly and professional staff, especially Mr. Alam Der. He helped us a lot and he explained all the necessary information about transport to Venice and about a good restaurants near the hotel. Breakfast is a buffet: fruit such as apple/orange/kiwi, yoghurt, cake/croissant, cheese, cappucinno etc... I recommend 😉

No fridge in the room but that was already expected.

The staff was very nice, i got there way too early and they took my bags and gave me a paper on how to get to Venice (which buses etc.) so i could explore some of the city before checking in. There was a different woman when i came back from Venice to check in and she was also very helpful. She showed me how to get to the two closest restaurants and brought me to my room instead of just telling me where to go. The place is also very secure, you first have to go through the front gate which is always locked and then through the front door which is also always locked. The room is nice, clean and they give you multiple toiletries as well as a couple welcome candies. It was nice and warm when i got there, both the air-conditioning and the heater where working. Both check-in and checkout went fast and smoothly. The location is alright, about a 5 minutes walk to the closest busstop and a 17 minute walk to the Mestre train station and about a 3 minute walk to the closest supermarket. The neighbourhood was a bit sketchy.

As other people have said there's some chipped paint on the walls. The room is a bit small for all the stuff they've tried to put in there, especially the bathroom was a bit difficult to do what you wanted to do without having to move something. They advertised the room with a flat screen tv, and i mean it was indeed a flat screen tv but it was almost the size of a big laptop screen. The netflix, YouTube etc didn't work because of the poor connection and it barely had any programs to watch. I was a bit disappointed with that. The WiFi was very bad, only working in some parts of the room and sometimes it just disappeared completely.

Great breakfast with lot of sweet things to try together with coffee. Nice outside area with chairs and tables to have a coffee outside as well. I liked the warm room with possibility to adjust heater, too. So it’s not cold here if you stay around winter time since it was important for me and my daughter. Great people in reception - very helpful and kind.

There was only big shower head in the bathroom so maybe it’s difficult to was small kids here. But maybe it’s different in other rooms.

What we thought would be another bog-standard hotel, cheap and cheerful, turned into a surprise as we entered our room. Completely a modernised feel compared to how it appears from the outside. A friendly welcome and space on the driveway to park, although not enough space for everyone if it was needed. Street parking seemed free. We had the front balcony, which was a nice touch, but we didn't use it. 15 min walk to the train station, and for less than €2, a single ticket will get you into the south of Venice.

We were told we had the biggest room in the hotel. We had to pin ourselves against the bathroom wall when wanting to open or close the door fully while inside the bathroom. The ratio was space wasn't great. Also the storage over the bed is badly designed. The cupboard overhangs the pillows, so, in the middle of the night, if you forget where you are and get up..*bang*...not fun.
