Close to train station and out of the busy centre of Venice. Very easy to get anywhere. Surprisingly good breakfast for price and helpful staff.

Room was very small for family of 4 City tax not included however the receipt from booking.com made it look like we paid it so just be aware.

Everything was fine. Private parking for 10e/day, staff was awesome, the room is ok, bed is extremely confortable, large bathroom. Breakfast was for our taste also. Train station at 5-6 min walk.If you travel for 1-2 nights to visit Venice the hotel can be a great option. Ps: as staff recommended us, don't miss to take dinner at il giardinetto restaurant (about 4 min walk). Most delicious food we ever ate.

The surroundings are horrific in our opinion. Without being racist, all around the hotel there are organised groups of muslims, negros and gypsies that stares at you as u walk and gives you the feeling that smth can happen anytime. Staff told us everything will be ok, as it was, but they are so many, that u always have an uncertain feeling. Everytime we passed the underground tunnel to the train station were atleast 2-3 crackheads taking heroin. This has nothing to do with the hotel but atleast you can have a view about the surroundings if this is what you looking for.

Location was good although a bit sketchy with a few men gathered nearby at times but we had no problems. Small but clean room. Nice breakfast. 10 mins walk to Mestre train station. Staff was good with instructions on how to get to Venice by bus. A few minutes walk to tobacco store where you could buy bus tickets. Tobacconist was very friendly and was a gem with his recommendation of a one way bus with water bus ticket and return trip with bus. Go for dinner at Ristorante Bar Picollo just a few steps away for a very good traditional and value for money Italian meal. Their homemade lasagna and tiramisu are delicious as well as their pasta and pizzas.

Very good breakfest, you have many things to eat and taste. Very close are the bus stops to Venice, you have to walk not even 5 minutes and the ride to Venice lasts only 10-15 minutes (Piazzale Roma where the Venis bus station is and there you can find water buses/vaporetto). There is no noises in the night so you can sleep and rest very well. Moreover the surroundings is safe and nice. Big supermarkets (Lidl e.g.) are 10 minutes walk. The staff is very helpful. I left my one of my clothes in the room, I called and they keeped it for me when I came back for the luggage which I could leave it in their storage room after check-out because I had flight in the very late evening. Very professional hotel.

I stayed at Hotel Vienna during my trip to Venice and while the rooms were simple, they had everything I needed, and the stay was both comfortable and affordable. Breakfast was great, and the location was convenient. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. I accidentally left behind my toiletries bag, and the team went above and beyond to help me get it returned all the way to London. They were kind, responsive, and handled the whole situation with so much care — even though it meant extra admin on their part. I’m incredibly grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again just for the level of support and kindness I experienced. Thank you again!

The only point that we didn’t like it is lots of unknown guys walking around of hotels. It might be unsafe after dinner time.

We had a lovely stay. The area is in the "goldilocks zone" for travel in the Veneto region, just a stone's throw away from the train station and buses. A special mention goes to the staff, who were absolutely lovely and incredibly attentive to our needs. It truly felt like they cared about the hotel. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the breakfast served was fresh and perfectly decent. There is a store and restaurant nearby for essentials if needed.

The rooms could use a bit of general maintenance, but I imagine that had already been addressed. The area is peaceful, slightly livelier at night, but not after midnight, and it didn't bother us.

Great hotel if you plan a trip to Venice and you want to save some cash. The staff was super nice and very helpful, we could leave our things before checking-in and leave for Venice to go sightseeing a bit. Breakfast was simple but I never left hungry, fresh juice, filtered coffee, coffee machine as well, always croissants, cakes, bread, bread rolls and other stuff. The hotel and rooms were also very clean, the cleaning staff changed the sheets and towels everyday, also they always left bottles of water every morning. From the hotel you can take a direct bus to Venice, which takes like 15 min. There is also a tobacco shop where u can purchase tickets. Will come back again for sure!

The hotel is located in a great place - just 5 minute walk to the train station, and it takes you 10 mins by train from Mestre train station to Venezia. The locations is beautiful, when you wake up you hear birds chirping and its great for a morning walk as well. We travelled with a baby and the stuff is great and friendly, they gave us the crib and the high chair in the restaurant. Lady at the reception desk was awesome too.

Room is a bit small, it is hard to move around with 2 suitcases and a baby stroller. Also, the neighborhood is beautiful but a bit shady as well. We saw some people doing strange business. This is not hotel’s fault at all - there is a shop next to hotel where a lot of people with suspicious behavior gather.

Very easy to go to Venice, 10 minutes by bus. Very quiet area.

The furniture is a bit old fashioned in the bedroom.
