The Deluxe rooms are spacious very modern, appealing and with all amenities + balcony (although the view is of no particular interest). Satellite TV with BBC news and German and French channels was a big plus (many Italian hotels offer only Italian TV). The large bed was fine but a little hard for my taste - quite common for Italy. The hotel is very close to Mestre Station, and the bus to Venice is just outside the door, the trip takes 12 minutes.

The food at the hotel restaurant was average and uninteresting, but 5 minutes walk from the hotel there is a very good restaurant called "Dining Room Marghera" with tasty and excellent dishes and wine.

Great location for easy access to Venice for sightseeing and an overnight before onward travel. Breakfast was ok with limited choices. The room was dated but clean and comfortable

The bar was closed for the entire time despite being advertised as open 24 hrs. Only stayed one night before going to the airport and wasn’t looking for alcohol but could be an issue for some. Breakfast started at 7am. By 7.20 there were empty trays with no one replenishing the foods so the limited choice was even more limited.

Pros: - Beautiful, neat, and cozy interior - Excellent location with a nice surrounding area and close to Mestre train station - My single room was very cozy, with a small balcony and various lamps creating a special atmosphere - The bed was very comfortable and wide, despite being a single - Tasty and fairly varied breakfast

Cons: - While the room looked clean, the shower cabin had slight rust stains - Tile grout could be cleaned better - The floor had an unpleasant smell, as if wiped with a not-so-fresh cloth - Desserts at breakfast were too sweet for my taste However, these were minor and didn’t affect my overall stay

I travelled with wife ; parents and my 2 little boys : 6 and 8 years. It was just 5 minutes or less to get to the hotel from the mester bus station or trains station . We had 2 different rooms , mein was in the renovated part and I would say it was 5 star the room was whit contact cart key . The room was with a balcony. My parents were 4 room away and a bit older than my room, but still 4 stars . I did mention it because the reviews I checked were a bit confusing . Some rooms are brand new and some are not . Breakfast was good enough to be aprociated. A bit of everything. Staff were the best , friendly, and polite

The room was very clean. Comfortable beds, sufficient towels in the bathroom. The bathroom was very modern (nice tiles & a bidet). The hotel is just at the back of the Mestre train station (approx. 3 min walk). If you're being transported from the airport with an shuttlebus, it will dropped you off at the bus platform of the Mestre Station where you will find on the right side of the bus platform (looking to the tracks), the underground stairs. This will lead you straight underneath through the railway and you will perfectly come out the other side of the train tracks and immediatly see the hotel.

The room itself was a bit outdated (in particular the walls & maybe the furniture).

Location three minutes from bus stop running straight to city centre, and four minutes from one of the principal train stations. Lobby, restaurant, staff all of high standard. Room was reasonably spacious and warm (visit in February), although no visible AC. Bathroom facilities modern and clean.

Breakfast was generally good, much more diverse than usual in Italian hotels; but there were freshness issues with some of the bread and meat. Walls are not very thick; you'll know when your neighbours are awake. Also, the corridor carpets appeared not to have been cleaned since the hotel was built!

Hotel and room was modern, nice and clean. There was a fridge and an air condition. Breakfast was okay. They have luggage room where you can put your bicycle. The key from the room is at the desk, so it felt safe.

- Check in experience... Why are these "nice-ish" 4* hotels trying to be so formal and why is everything so complicated? The staff was not bad, but I would say - why to do things simple when it's possible to do it complicated way, right? Just be nice and keep things simple. Don't overthink the proccess that much :) But I have to say that the other day staff was way more chill and nice. - 5 EUR/night for the bicycle in the storage room. This is the first time happened to me.

Very clean, my room was pleasant and had all the facilities that you expect and require, all the the staff were welcoming and kind. The hotel is near the train and bus station.

The reception was really busy when I arrived and it took a while to get into my room it would have helped if more staff were available to help when a large coach load of guests arrive. To get to the hotel you need to go through a subway that had many homeless people sleeping I found walking to the hotel intimidating. This doesn’t reflect on the hotel but worth thinking about if like me you travel alone, get a taxi for safety.

The hotel is located 5 minutes away from Venezia Mestre train station, where you can catch regular trains going to Venezia Santa Lucia in around 10-15 minutes. Staff at check-in/out were all very nice. Kudos to the kitchen staff who worked very hard to clean the tables asap and make sure that nothing was missing during breakfast - they did a great job during a busy time. The room/bathroom was spacious and immaculately clean. The bed was comfortable and air-con worked well. I had a good night sleep. There was a good selection of hot and cold produce at breakfast - larger than in other hotels I've been to. Coffee quality is what you'd expect from a budget hotel in Italy. I'd definitely stay again when visitting Venice. N.B. Having read some of the negative reviews online, it's clear that they refer to another part of the hotel - it looks like there were previously two separate hotels, which are now merged into one! Thus, I recommend spending a bit more for the best possible experience.

The carpets in the halls look a bit tired.

+ The location is convenient for those who want to be close to Mestre railways station (5 min on foot). A bus stop to Venice is only 1 min from the hotel. The nearest bus stop from Venice is a little bit further - 3-5 min or so. + Comfortable room, clean, modern, quiet. + Friendly staff + Breakfast is fine. + Value for money. Generally, recommended for two categories of travellers: 1) you need the location near Mestre 2) you want to save money (however, being a passionate lover of Venice, I do recommend paying for a hotel in the centre for the atmosphere and a possibility to be in Venice during early morning hours and late evening hours: the best time to explore the city!)
