At first glance, the exterior of the building is rather normal, but stepping inside the Sogno B&B, you are surprised to see beautifully charming and well-decorated room! The room was spacious and comfortable with two terraces that overlooked a fountain. Access to Venice was very easy with a bus stop just around the corner. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had—meticulously prepared, delicious, and generous to the point that we couldn't finish it all. The owner, Emilia also send quite useful information about the transportation and dining options in Venice prior to our arrival which was incredibly helpful. Overall, our stay in Venice was unforgettable thanks to Emilia’s warm hospitality and thoughtful guidance. Thank you so much!

Very conveniently located. To the railway station 5 minutes on foot, very close to the bus stop and streetcar stop. Any transportation is 10 minutes to Venice. From the outside, it's a regular house. But inside the apartment is very cozy and pleasant. The most important thing is that for breakfast I had real homemade Italian food. It is tastier than in any cafe. The menu is varied. Emilia and her mom are very caring. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. This is the best place to relax after a busy day in Venice.

The B&B was brilliant. You have your own bedroom and bathroom and then there is a shared kitchen space with other guests (where breakfast is served) so you can have the comfort of your own private room or sit in a public space. It was the little touches that really made the difference. Biscotti in the kitchen, books available to read, water, coffee, tea, little lollies, bathroom toiletries, beautiful and homely fit out. It really was a home away from home. The breakfast was incredible. I’m coeliac and they went above and beyond to have a gluten free table of safe food for me to eat (and so tasty)! Everything you could ever want. We felt so cared for, very attentive and kind!

There are no even better ifs for this place - it’s worth staying and feeling right at home while travelling! Fantastic prices, great location and lovely people!

Everything was perfect. 10 min walking distance from Mestre train station from which olyou can get to Venice in another 10 minutes. Private parking. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. It is kind of hard to beat breakfast quality in Italy, as it is very good very much everywhere. But here it was a level up with many local specialties and very good presentation by Emilia the host. Emilia was excellent and very helpful throughout our stay. If we are back to Venice, would book this B&B again without hesitstion.

It can get noisy outside at night occasionally as drunk citizens pass by and yell on the street. Traffic slows down significantly at night, so noise from street didn't bother us otherwise.

"Un Sogno" is simply wonderful! The space is very well decorated, full of small details that make us feel good and so relaxed. The room is very confortable with excelent bedding. We appreciate all the organisation, the availability since the first moment, the amability and kindness. Emilia did EVERYTHING she could to make our stay amazing! And the breakfast is divine, so good, made by themselves, with homemade ingredients and a lot of love! This space is truly a gem!! Many congratulations!! Good location....very close to both train and bus transport. Un Sogno has a warm and homely atmosphere with charming decor ( currently decorated with an Autumn theme), good sized rooms, excellent facilities and the most amazing breakfasts! Cynzia and Emelia are wonderful hosts.....welcoming and helpful. We loved our stay.

Un Sogno apartments are on the first floor of the building and there isn't a lift so be prepared to carry your cases up stairs.

Everything was perfect! 1) It was not just a breakfast - it was a food festival! 2) Room was very cosy and clean. 3) The host was just AMAZING. She arranged for us a lot of small things, which helped us a lot (storage of luggage begore check-in, printing tickets, helping with our way to the airport/Venice..). We give Emilia and her accomodation 6 stars from 5! 😃

Great location - the B&B is 10 min away from the train station and 2 min away from the bus station from where you can catch the bus to Venice (about 10min away). The room was very cozy, clean and spacious - loved all the small details and the care taken in preparing the room for us . Emilia and her family were very welcoming. The breakfast was amazing!

Firstly if we could rate this place higher then 10 we would. From the get go the communication with the host was amazing. The room was perfect really comfortable and close to the train stop for a quick 10 min train across to the city of venice. The stand out for us was with our busy schedule we wernt there for the breakfast both days but our host gratiously packed the breakfast ready for us later that afternoon and delivered the next mornings breakfast the night before so we could take it with us to our next destination. They truely went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable amd welcomed. We will definitely be back when we come to cenice again :)

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff! The host sent detailed messages how and where to find the keys and where to park the car. The breakfast was incredible and I mean it was really incredible! All freshly made food by the host and a really anything you would want in a breakfast! The room was very clean and very nicely decorated. As such I felt immediately at home and relaxed! Even the maximum rating doesnt feel enough!
