The accommodation is lovingly furnished and very well maintained. There's also a great bus connection to Venice, just a few minutes' walk away. The hosts' website, with information on bus connections, arrival and departure times, and key handover, is excellent.

The property was excellent, clean, well-maintained.

Be aware the Mestre train station is closed from 12:00-5:00 and you cannot walk through the subway to get to the property from the bus/train station.

It was very humid in the room and a little bit of mold in the bathroom. Since I have asthma I felt it right away. Our Italian friends said that this is a common problem in Italy.

Big like to host for organizing everything till small details. Easy located parking, quite region away from central streets. Beds and towels fresh,all areas clean. Nice breakfast system. Possible self check in system.

Excellent B&B run by friendly owners. Well located for Venice as long as you're not hard of walking. Easy to get buses and trains. Excellent breakfast and coffee/teas available anytime of the day/night.

Room 1 is close to the dining room where breakfast is laid out so can be a little noisy first thing in the morning. Could do with a door between the rooms and the dining room. Only a small downside.

Good for the price, apartment was clean and nice, the host was friendly, it is less than 10 minutes walking to the train station and get very fast to Venice!

Everything was ok.

Well located to catch the bus to Venice and breakfast is plentiful with a range of items (muesli, cereal, toast, spreads, ham, cheese, juice, tea and coffee and lots of snacks). The room was spacious too and the hosts were very accomodating and communicated very well pre check in.

The owners were kind and friendly. We got every information also how the fastest way to get to the apartment from the airport. The breakfast was fantastic and the room too. Thank you everything. If we travel again we defenitely choose your apartment.

I travelled to Italy to visit Venice with my girlfriend. The breakfast was perfect. It had a complex variety of products: toast, prosciutto ham, butter, cheese cream, cheese, 2x peach croissants, 2x choco croissants, biscuits, crackers, yoghurt, juice (pear, cherry, grapefruit), milk, cereals, coffee. The room was clean, cozy looking and the bed was very comfortable! We could control our own temperature in the room. The bathroom was big and clean. We received towels, shower gels and shampoos. We also had a shared fridge with our space to get cold some beers and other food. We had a Smart TV where we could connect to Netflix with our account. The host is very friendly and speaks English very good. He also sent us a digital guide for 3 days in Venice, it was very helpful. We got to B&B Fine Venice by train from Treviso Airport. The place is 10 mins away from Venezia Mestre train station. At 2-3 mins away you have Lidl and MEGA supermarkets. Very good placement! Overall GREAT experience! The price is too low for what it offers! The best place to stay for us so far!
